If not for the Customer Service Manager who come by to speak with me, I would not even give 1 star. My 82 yo mum who has a blood test appointment at 8.55am, we waited from 8.50am to 9.50am when the clinic wasn't even full, only a few patients and the blood test queue hardly jumps. The nurse after 3 trials could not even draw any blood. Meantime, my mum was in great pain. Then asked my mum to go out and wait to calm down, will try again later. That wait is another 50min which at this point, she has been fasting since last night after dinner & waited in the clinic on empty stomach for 2 hours. When I went into the treatment room to ask to expedite, the nurse was just done with a call to get another colleague to come by. Shouldnt that call be done the moment my mum left the room after 3 failed attempts. And shouldn't there be some urgency to getting some quick help, the poor elderly hasn't had any food. Finally, a doctor come by and the procedure was done in 5 minutes. She muttered some shortage of manpower but this should not be an excuse in the lapse in providing care. And the colleague who has been mobilised, shouldn't she try to make a quick trip. I was there when she strolled by the door & by then the doc has already completed the job and left. This is such disappointment. Serious gap in the competency of the nurse (in fact, it could be the reason that the queue hardly moves which resulted in the 1st 1-hour wait) & also the laissez-faire attitude of the staff are such a letdown.

Don’t even want to give them a star. I called to booked my HPV check up in advance and waited for very long. Came down to it and they told me it was booked for a day before and that the day is fully booked, and there was no message sent to me to confirm my booking. Wasted my time to travel down and now I have to wait another week then I can get checked. And that’s the best that they can do is to postpone my appointment. Wasted my time and energy. So disappointed.
