About Stalford Learning Centre
Stalford Learning Centre is an education provider offering test preparation and admissions coaching, operating from its Sengkang Grand Mall centre and serving families islandwide. It is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered. It holds a 4.9/5 rating across 38 Google reviews — a moderate sample that suggests consistent positive feedback, though parents are encouraged to assess fit directly.
Families typically begin by enquiring about syllabus and level alignment — whether the child is preparing for PSLE, DSA, secondary school entry, or another admissions pathway. It is worth asking whether classes are conducted in small groups or on a one-to-one basis, and whether a trial class is available before committing to a term. Confirm the teaching approach, how progress is tracked, and what materials or practice papers are included in the fee. For families outside Sengkang, check whether any sessions are available online or at other locations.
To get started, contact Stalford Learning Centre by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing to ask about current availability, the appropriate level for your child, and whether a trial class can be arranged before term enrolment.
Take the trial class and confirm the tutor's actual credentials before committing to a term.
We would like to thank Teacher Albert for helping my girl attain an AL1 for her PSLE science exams. Science has been her weakest subject and since she started attending Teacher Albert's class in Term 2, she has made steady improvement and slowly regained confidence in the subject. Teacher Albert would share interesting experiences and stories to engage his students and my girl truly enjoyed her lessons with him. :)
I really like Ms Tan's and Ms Zhang li's class a lot. It has help me improve my maths and chinese a lot and I also understand what the teacher is talking about. It has made my exam score get higher and made me more confident in doing my work.
I was a student from Mr Albert's class and just finished psle I went from al 5 to al 2 which was a huge jump. Only after 1 year of tuition with Mr Albert, he really pushed me and I scored al 2 for science. He gave us a lot of notes and short forms of long phrases to help us better memorize the key words in science. He is really a science guru. I highly recommend for ur child to take up tuition with Mr Albert if ur child needs science tuition. He believes in every student to succeed and never gives up on us.
华文李老师 is very good in explaining certain concepts and formats for exams. She goes through each one thoroughly as well as providing extra learning materials that help me better understand Chinese in general. She takes time to go through her students work and consult each of them to help us better know our weaknesses and strengths.
A huge thanks to Shervon at the front desk for her kindness and support over the past couple of months. She is incredibly patient, taking the time to listen and understand the needs of each student while providing the most appropriate advice. Her service is truly amazing—Shervon is a wonderful asset to the Center!

Stalford Learning Centre does not publicly display a per-session rate, so you will need to enquire directly for current pricing. Test preparation and admissions programmes in Singapore are typically priced on a monthly package or per-term basis rather than individual sessions, with group classes generally ranging from S$30–80 per session depending on class size, level, and subject. Ask whether a trial class fee applies, whether materials and practice papers are included, and whether sibling or multi-subject discounts are available. See the full Test Prep & Admissions cost guide for Singapore →
Many test preparation centres in Singapore offer a trial class, sometimes at a reduced fee or as part of the registration process, so it is worth asking Stalford Learning Centre directly whether this is available. A trial session lets you assess whether the teaching style suits your child, whether the pace and level are appropriate, and whether the classroom environment feels engaging. When attending a trial, observe how the teacher handles questions, whether content is aligned to the specific exam your child is preparing for (such as PSLE, DSA, or secondary admissions), and whether the group size allows for sufficient individual attention. This is the most reliable way to judge fit before committing to a full term.
Stalford Learning Centre's tutor credentials are not listed in the current provider data. When enquiring, it is reasonable to ask whether tutors have NIE or MOE teaching backgrounds, relevant degrees in the subjects taught, and how long they have been teaching the specific exam syllabus your child is preparing for. For test preparation, syllabus alignment matters significantly — confirm that tutors are up to date with the current MOE examination format and marking criteria, particularly if your child is preparing for PSLE, DSA portfolios, or secondary school placement assessments. Ask this directly when you make contact.
