Don’t visit if you plan to claim from your insurance. Let me give you the timeline, I visited the clinic on 3rd June 2025 and the administrative staff refused to submit the e filing. Which I can’t claim from insurance without it. It was only until my insurance agent intervened then they submitted one month later. After some back and forth and fingers pointing between the clinic and my insurance company. The claim was finally approved on 3rd December 2025 and the clinic wasn’t aware of it until I reached out to them on 22nd December 2025. Then they said they weren’t informed and still requested the approval letter from my insurance company. Let’s just assume that my insurance company refused to cooperate and delayed the claim process on purpose, but the clinic has made no effort to speed up the process. In the end, I finally gotten the refund from them on 17th January 2026 via PayNow. 228 DAYS have passed between my visit and their refund to me. Like many other comments before me, I have no complaints regarding the doctor’s expertise but I can’t say the same about the staff. They just don’t care about the customer’s money. If you wish to dispute any of the facts I mentioned above, I have chat and transaction history to prove. Feel free to do so.

Dr. Stanley is highly skilled and experienced. Haven’t seen him for 3-4 years. He’s more talkative now than before, which was a nice surprise! He did fix my vertigo on spot as before, but the headache still lingers. Will wait a few days and see, as per doctor’s instruction.

Im truely baffled by all the stellar Google reviews here. I wonder if the clinic had paid for them. Personally, I had a terrible experience at this practice today. The staffs were disrespectful of my time. I had a noon appointment and walked out at 1.08pm without getting seen. 4 staffs we're on duty at the reception today (2 in uniforms, and others were in disco outfits). However, not one of them had inform me that there's been a delay as Dr. Stanley was in an urgent conference before my appointment and had caused this delay/pushback of my appointment. When questioned the staff on status of my scheduled appointment, I was just told to sit and wait. Upon probing further on the reason for Dr unavailability, was told that "Dr was called to assist in another operation." While I don't have any issue with the Dr and his professionalism in attending to urgent & priority cases, I was treated very rudely by the front desk. I don't think they have the training they need.

I cannot recommend Dr.Stanley highly enough! Dr.Stanley is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and patient, taking the time to explain every detail of my condition and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. Their expertise and gentle approach made me feel completely at ease, and I truly felt like I was in the best hands possible. I haven’t been living in Singapore for awhile but every time I came back here Dr.Stanley always gave me the best impression, he goes above and beyond to ensure the best outcomes. I had an exceptional experience at Stanley Ear Nose Throat And Sinus Centre in Singapore. From start to finish, their level of care and expertise was truly outstanding. The staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The waiting area was clean and well-organized, and I didn't have to wait long before being seen. Dr. Stanley himself is a consummate professional. He took the time to listen to my concerns patiently and thoroughly explained my diagnosis and treatment options.
