Enquiries about packages can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form. Prospective customers should confirm the number of trays delivered per day — typically two (lunch and dinner), with some providers offering a three-tray option that includes breakfast — and establish whether herbal soups, red dates tea, longan tea, and confinement tonics are bundled into the package price or billed separately. Delivery slots typically fall in the late-morning and late-afternoon windows; confirm the exact times and whether there is a surcharge for landed or less central addresses. Before committing to a full 28-day package, it is worth asking whether a single-day trial meal is available, as confinement appetite and personal taste vary considerably from mother to mother.
To take the next step, contact Star Confinement Nanny directly via WhatsApp or phone to discuss package options, confirm the dietary tradition and menu rotation, and arrange a trial meal before paying any deposit.
Order a trial meal and confirm the SFA hygiene grade (and MUIS halal certificate if relevant) before paying the package deposit.
We’re very thankful to have met Aunty Mi Fong (ST 367). She took wonderful care of our baby girl and handled her with so much patience and gentleness. She knew exactly how to soothe, feed, and settle the baby, and our daughter was always comfortable and well looked after under her care. It gave us great peace of mind knowing she was in such capable hands. She is very systematic and organized in her work. She maintained a good routine for feeding and sleeping, and everything was done properly and neatly. We truly appreciated how attentive she was and how she paid close attention to the little details when caring for our baby. She is also excellent in the kitchen. Her cooking was both nutritious and delicious, and she thoughtfully prepared meals that supported recovery well. She managed the kitchen efficiently and always kept everything clean and tidy. Overall, she is responsible, caring, and dependable. We are truly grateful for the support she gave our family during this special time, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced confinement nanny.
Juz (coordinator) was professional, reassuring and efficient in finding us a confinement nanny in a very short few days. Even though there was initial unforseen hiccups, Juz was very responsive and solution oriented! Aunty May (ST182) was really a Godsent help for us during the confinement. She is such a joy to be around and takes extremely good care of me, my husband and baby. Baby really loves her. I can sleep well at night knowing she is in good hands. Aunty May also constantly updates her knowledge in confinement care and baby care. The cherry on top was really her amazing cooking. She made significant efforts to vary the menu and was able to make delicious food according to my taste and taking into account what I did not like to eat e.g. carrots, tomatoes. When I had problems with my breastfeeding, Aunty May was ever patient with me and slowly taught me how to latch. She even went above her duties to teach me how to deal with clogged ducts. Aunty May also ensured that she meticulously trained and planned baby's schedule to set us up for success after her stint is over. Aunty May blended seamlessly with my family and my in laws and parents were so comfortable with her around. I had such a good confinement that during baby's 30th day celebration, everyone commented how well rested I looked for someone just out of confinement. I miss Aunty May dearly now that confinement has ended and I would not hesitate for a second to hire her again should I have another baby.
I am thankful to have Aunty Cui Zhen (ST 361) as my confinement nanny. She’s very experience and knowledgable in everything she did. She did a great job on taking care of our newborn twins and also preparing nutritious and delicious confinement meals that helped me recover and regain my strength. She was gentle, caring, and attentive to my babies and me. I always felt assured whenever I pass my babies to her, and I have also learned a lot of skills from her on baby care techniques. Thanks to her, I was able to rest, recover, and enjoy bonding with my babies. I would highly recommend Aunty Cui Zhen (ST 361) to all mummies out there looking for a trustworthy and experienced nanny.
We are truly grateful to have Nanny Chong Lin Lin (ST179) taking care of our 4-month-old baby. This is the third time we have engaged her, and once again, she has exceeded our expectations. She is very patient, loving, and attentive with our baby. She spends quality time reading to her, talking to her, and engaging with her throughout the day. We can see how comfortable and happy our baby is under her care. She also brings our baby out for walks, ensuring she gets fresh air and stimulation, which we really appreciate. Beyond caring for our 3rd newborn, Nanny Lin Lin also takes great care of our family. She cooks delicious and nutritious meals, making sure we are well taken care of during this precious and tiring period. Her cooking is always thoughtful and suits our family’s taste. Having her around gives us great peace of mind. We are very thankful for her dedication, warmth, and professionalism. We highly recommend Nanny Chong Lin Lin to any family looking for a reliable and caring nanny.

Star Confinement Nanny operates on a package pricing model. In the Singapore market, standard 28-day confinement food packages typically run between S$1,200 and S$2,800, depending on the number of trays per day, the dietary tradition, and whether herbal soups and tonics are included or priced separately. Shorter 7-day or 14-day options are offered by some caterers as a trial or for partial coverage. Confirm whether the quoted price covers two trays daily (lunch and dinner) or three (with breakfast added), and ask specifically about herbal soups, red dates tea, longan tea, and confinement supplements — these are sometimes bundled and sometimes invoiced as extras. Delivery surcharges may apply for landed properties or addresses outside the central zones. See the full confinement food cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore confinement food catering draws from several culinary traditions — Cantonese (the most common, featuring warming herbal soups, ginger, sesame oil, and rice wine), Hokkien, Teochew, Western-style postnatal, halal, and vegetarian. Contact Star Confinement Nanny directly to confirm which tradition the kitchen follows, whether the menu rotates day-to-day or repeats weekly, and whether dishes can be adjusted for breastfeeding mothers who prefer low-spice or rice-wine-free options. Before committing to a 28-day package, ask whether a single-day trial meal is available — typically priced at S$30–60. Confinement appetite shifts daily and personal taste matters considerably more than menu marketing, so trying the food first is strongly advisable before paying a full package deposit.
Legitimate confinement food caterers operating from a fixed kitchen should hold an SFA Food Shop Licence or Catering Licence, with a hygiene grade of A (highest) through to D. At the time of this listing, no regulatory licences are recorded for Star Confinement Nanny on KakiList — contact the provider directly to confirm their current SFA licence and hygiene grade before paying any deposit. Confinement meals should be cooked the same day and delivered hot in microwave-safe, BPA-free containers within approximately a four-hour window from cooking to delivery. Confirm the twice-daily delivery time slots and ask about the substitute or refund policy in the event of a missed delivery. If halal certification is relevant to you, ask whether the provider holds a current MUIS halal certificate and whether it appears on packaging. Order a trial meal and confirm the SFA hygiene grade (and MUIS halal certificate if relevant) before paying the package deposit.
