Our company received an email from Starmed requesting that we clear payment or check and revert back to them within 7 working days. We were ready to settle promptly, but the process was delayed entirely on their side , customer service, GIRO department, and other teams were slow to respond and kept telling us to wait. We even called their hotline, were told someone would call us back, but received no follow-up for days. As much as we wanted to resolve this quickly, Starmed’s lack of efficiency and urgency has made it unnecessarily difficult to complete a simple process. The whatsapp hotline can just replied us, giro department not around. WHOLE OF GIRO DEPARTMENT on holiday?!

Her attitude was downright rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. From the moment I approached the counter, she acted like I was a burden—her expression was disgustingly sour, as if just speaking to me was an inconvenience. Her demeanor was so unpleasant, it completely ruined my mood. I came in with a positive attitude and left feeling disrespected and frustrated, all because of one employee who clearly has no understanding of basic manners or customer service. If this is the standard of behavior you allow from your staff, it’s disgraceful. I strongly urge your management to take immediate action!
