We engaged Darren Ang from the Balestier showroom for our 5-room BTO renovation, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. As first-time homeowners, we felt quite lost at the beginning of our renovation journey, but Darren guided us patiently every step of the way. From our first meeting, Darren was easy to talk to and made us feel very comfortable. We had many questions, and he handled all of them with great patience, professionalism, and clear explanations. His valuable insights and expertise were extremely helpful in enabling us to make informed decisions. While the quotation was not the cheapest compared to others we received, we trusted Darren’s suggestions and recommendations. His ideas were practical, well thought out, and aligned with our needs, which gave us confidence in our decision. Darren provided the 3D renderings in a timely manner, and we were pleasantly surprised that the final outcome of our flat turned out exactly as shown in the 3D renderings. We engaged Starry Homestead for our kitchen renovation as well as a TV cabinet for our 5 room HDB and we are very happy with the outcome! We already had a vision in mind so our ID Darren meticulously guided us through the details of the design, according to our lifestyle needs & aesthetic wants. We really appreciated her creativity, ideas, and the strong foundation she set for our home design. As the project progressed, Dylan stepped in as our project manager. We’re very grateful for how he handled the execution and helped minimise hassle throughout the renovation journey. He was responsive, practical, and ensured things ran smoothly. The carpentry quality is excellent and truly reflects what you pay for.
