Overall had a great Excellent experience from selecting to deliver finished product ! Thumbs up 👍🏻 especially to Mr Manger , he is so professional and patience during our wood slab selection picking.I want to see the pieces which hidden at the back , without changing any facial expression or hesitation he immediately shifted at least 5 unit of wood slabs all by himself ( which very heavy tho ), although is his job by getting it done ,I still wanted to thanks and appreciate him cos with all the moving hassle , we managed to find our desired wood slab pattern for our dining table! *Highly recommended to patronise the expertise , also another bonus point is Suar table offered good reasonable pricing in this market now! Engaged Wood Capitol to custom made a wooden dining table. Staff is very knowledgeable and patient to explain to me what is the difference between suar wood and teak, and having compared other options in Singapore, I chosen them and it was my best decision. Have since used the table for more than 3 months, and the quality was amazing. Delivery was professionally done and on time. Very proactive and prompt follow up. Highly recommended!

We bought a 2.4m*1.2m suar wood table from suar wood specialist in end 2021. After meals we only use slightly damp towel to wipe it and let it air dry. No harsh chemical and not even Mama Lemon used but recently we noticed that the table has become gradually very sticky. We suspected that the varnish has probably worn out so we approached the same salesperson who sold the table to us. Guess what, polishing and repainting costs starts from $800. For our table size, it could easily go beyond $1000. We are very disappointed that the quality of its finishing is so bad (worn out after less than 2 years) and it costs so much to repair even though it's the original quality that's not good. Not only will we never buy from this company, we will probably not even buy any suar wood To reply to your comment below: I was shocked to see how simply you just partially quoted what I said - again a sign of your very poor service. When we bought the table, we were instructed not to cover the table with any plastic cover and not to use anything other than water and mild soapy water. During the 1.5 years of usage, we followed that instruction strictly to protect our $4000 table. But it still turned very STICKY. Out of desperation, I used alcohol wipe ONCE thinking that maybe the table is just dirty. It didn't work, and we never used alcohol again. The above was explained to you three times during our WhatsApp conversation but I guess all u could see if what u wanted to see ie 'this customer used alcohol hooray my problem solved'. Throughout our conversation, you expressed no interest in a costumer's experience using your company's table, nor in any way apologetic for the pathetic lifespan of less than 2 years for a $4000 worth of table, the only thing you did was accusing us of something we didn't do - "you must have used alcohol", " we told you cannot use alcohol" despite me explaining numerous times that we didn't use alcohol before it turned sticky. I stopped chatting with you on WhatsApp because I know you are there not to help but to blame. But you misquote or partial quote me in public like this, I have to clarify and protect myself. BUYERS BEAWARE, this is the 'fantastic' after sale service you are gonna get if you buy from them.
