When enquiring about a stay, it helps to have your cat's details to hand: breed, size, age, and temperament, as some facilities have separate arrangements for cats that are shy, territorial, or multi-pet households. Sundays Cat Hotel can be reached via WhatsApp, phone, or an online enquiry form, so you may wish to send a message with your intended dates, the number of cats, and any medical or dietary requirements. Vaccination records — typically the FVRCP (feline rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia) combination vaccine — are standard requirements for cat boarding in Singapore, so have these ready. If your cat has not stayed away from home before, it is worth asking whether a trial visit or shorter initial stay is possible to ease the transition.
To take the next step, reach out to Sundays Cat Hotel via WhatsApp or phone with your boarding dates and your cat's profile, and ask for a written confirmation of the nightly rate, any applicable add-ons, and the vaccination documentation required before drop-off.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am to have found this cat hotel. From the moment I walked in, the warm and professional hospitality I received I knew my gorgeous kitty cat will be looked after. We were moving to Sydney and the process took some time. My 15 year old cat, Cambodia stayed here from 30th Dec until 26th Feb. she was well cared for, I received personalised daily updates, videos and plenty of photos. Not to mention the live feed anytime I wanted to say hello to her. Overall, my girl was happy, well fed and taken care of by the caretakers who handled her gently. She’s not an easy one with strangers so I am very impressed ! Thank you so much for taking care of her. I wish your business all the best!
I’ve boarded my kitten Ollie twice at Sundays Cat Hotel, and both experiences have been exceptional. Leaving your pet behind can be stressful, but the team truly made me feel at ease especially when they provide updates via WhatsApp and google drive daily during his stay. They took such good care of Ollie — playing with him, keeping him engaged, and ensuring he was comfortable throughout his stay. I really appreciated that they were willing to accommodate his customised feeding schedule with some adjustments. It shows how flexible and attentive they are to each cat’s individual needs. The CCTV access was also a huge plus. Being able to check in, watch him, and even talk to him gave me so much reassurance while I was away. Their rates are very reasonable for the level of care provided. I’m especially grateful that they made room for Ollie during the busy CNY period even though they were already full. The team was incredibly kind and accommodating. Highly recommend Sundays Cat Hotel to any cat parent looking for a safe, caring, and reliable boarding place!
Very attentive caretakers. I’ve been boarding my cat Mr Ramen with them for a few times already and they have always taken care of him, doing more than expected to play, track health and behaviour every day. They have cctvs installed in the rooms for me to check of my cat whenever I like. The place is very clean and safe for cats, with different areas for different preferences and personalities. I also get daily updates on all the activities to the finest details as well as photos and videos to look at when I miss him. I can tell that the caretakers really care for the cats and I feel reassured leaving mine with them when I am away.
Both my cats Luna and Jisoo had their first staycation in Sundays last week. Went for the room viewing and decided to book straight away. Great experience with Sundays. There are detailed daily updates on the cats wellbeing, appetite along with photos and videos sent to us. Thanks to Sundays team for the attentive care for my cats. Will definitely return for the next staycation.
We recently boarded our 4 babies—Toby, Mochi, Kiwi & Teddy at Sundays Cat Hotel & we loved every bit of the resort! Had my first visit to the hotel months prior to our travel date & instantly fell in love with it! It was definitely love at first sight and I knew that my babies would enjoy the resort during their stay! The process from start to finish was seamless and the staffs were always ready to answer our enquiries. My babies were a little shy around new faces initially and the team took the time to understand the babies different personalities and gave them time to warm up comfortably during the first couple of days! The team even adviced on the feedings and the babies gradually improved their appetite as days goes by! We're so grateful to the team of dedicated staff involved for going above & beyond in all that they do by making sure the babies are enjoying themselves in the resort, and caring for them like their very own. The personalised updates of their social activities & photos were updated everyday via whatsapp & google drive & we love looking at all the cute photos taken! The 24/7 CCTV gave us a peace of mind as we can always check in and see what the babies are up to in their cozy rooms and even during playtime out in the main playarea! Our babies returned home to us looking all fresh and smelled nice too! Im glad the babies were so well taken care of by Sundays! Kudos team! 💯❤️ Will definitely board our babies with Sundays again for our next travel! 🏝️☀️🐈 Wishing Sundays & their team great success!

Sundays Cat Hotel is priced at the mid-range tier ($$) for Singapore cat boarding, though a specific nightly or weekly rate is not publicly listed. For cat boarding in Singapore, the standard vaccination requirement is the FVRCP combination vaccine, which covers feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia. Most boarding facilities require proof that the vaccine was administered within the past 12 months, so check your cat's vaccination booklet or vet records before enquiring. Some providers also require a negative FIV or FeLV test result, particularly if cats from different households share common spaces. Bring your cat's vaccination certificate on the day of drop-off — facilities that are serious about animal welfare will turn away cats with incomplete or expired records. If your cat's vaccinations are overdue, schedule a vet visit at least two weeks before the boarding date to allow time for the vaccine to take effect. Contact Sundays Cat Hotel directly to confirm their exact vaccination policy before booking.
Cat boarding facilities in Singapore that operate commercially are expected to hold a licence from the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS), the national authority overseeing animal welfare and pet business regulation. The AVS licence for boarding premises sets minimum standards for space, hygiene, and animal care. Sundays Cat Hotel's licence status is not confirmed in the information currently available on this listing, so prospective clients should ask the provider directly to sight their AVS licence number before committing to a booking. On the question of insurance, ask specifically whether the facility carries coverage for veterinary costs in the event your cat falls ill or is injured during its stay, and what the protocol is if your cat requires emergency care. Clarifying these arrangements in writing before drop-off gives you a clear basis for recourse should anything go wrong. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
