I am impressed by the exceptional service at sunnyhills. The staff are warm, welcoming, and highly professional, even the new student hires who are already doing a fantastic job. The team manager deserves credit for fostering such a positive and supportive team environment. When I was struggling to choose between the stunning Lapis cakes, a freindy lady staff (with nice bun up hairdo) came to my rescue. She took time to explain the unique flavors and textures of each cake, and offered valuable tips on how to serve them at my CNY party. I was so greatful to her expertise and enthusiasm that I end up buying 8 boxes of Lapis including the delicious apple and special pineapple flavours. I was then pass over to the cashier and was reminded again on the storage of lapis. I thoroughly enjoying my shopping experience and I appreciate the staff dedications and teamwork to providing outstanding customer service Bravo. Sunnyhills!!

Disappointed. There is no proper queue management. If there is a separate queue for collection of pre CNY orders, please kindly indicate the signage clearly. Was queuing for a good 5mins to collect my pre-orders when another person just cut my queue to collect his pre-order directly. I was quite shocked when the staff saw and they permitted the queue cutting behaviour.
