Supermom is a verified domestic help provider in Singapore specialising in Confinement Food. Services offered include Confinement Food. They provide islandwide coverage across Singapore. Rated 4.5/5 based on 120 Google reviews.
Supermom handles a steady flow of Confinement Food requests. That focus shapes how they quote — expect practical questions about the scope of work and the property before any figures are discussed.
Supermom covers all of Singapore, which is useful if you live in a less-central estate or need a provider that can follow a recurring job to different addresses. The business is KakiList-verified, meaning a real person has confirmed the operating details and contact channel. Google reviewers currently give Supermom a strong average of 4.5/5 across 120 reviews, which is a reasonable signal of consistency for a domestic help provider.
If you want to gauge whether Supermom is the right fit for your job, the fastest path is a WhatsApp message with photos of the issue, your postal code, and a rough preferred slot. Most providers on KakiList respond within a few hours during business hours and can quote before scheduling a visit.
Typical confinement food jobs in Singapore start from S$1,200 (28 days). Supermom quotes on a job-by-job basis, so the final figure will depend on scope, property type, urgency, and whether materials are included.
Before booking, ask whether the quote includes: (1) materials and consumables, (2) transport and parking fees, (3) GST, and (4) any minimum call-out charge. Getting these four line items in writing (WhatsApp is fine) is the easiest way to compare Supermom against other providers fairly.

Supermom has been the most inhumane company that I have come across and they're just out there to get your data for their partners and insurance companies. I decided to sign up for one of their talks after receiving a promo code. However, during the checkout process, there was no option to enter the promo code. As a result the full amount was charged to my card despite the promotion. I followed the instructions provided and had a valid promo code, yet was unable to apply it, which reflects a problem with the checkout process rather than user error. I requested for a refund of the amount charged but look at the screenshot to see what their unsympathetic reply to me was. Why bother giving out promo codes when you have no intention to grant people the right to this entitlement?
I first signed up for the sg60 package but did not get a response. However, the team is quick to address this after I approached them via instagram message. The goodie bag contains many useful items for my baby and for postpartum :)
Signed up for their SG60 gift pack in mid April 2025 & finally received them in end Jul 2025! After registering & verifying, I missed to receive their email for collection. DM them in early Jul and they followed up on it. Collection was easy, just go to the Mothercare outlet to redeem as per the week I have chosen. Lots of goodies & vouchers in the bag, essential for my new born & can try a few brands too!

Hope your process can improve regarding data privacy and ads --- Response to Supermom's comment: I did not sign up for their SG60 freebies, I PAID for one of their day course. Ended up PAYING to be HARASSED. I will be reporting this to the Personal Data Protection Commission. Prepare for trouble, Supermom --- They will sell your data to the legion of insurance peddlers.
