We’ve had such a great experience with T Medical! Really want to give a big thank you to the nurses — from the one who always checks in on my daughter, to the calls asking if she needs a follow-up, and even letting us know when the queue is short (a lifesaver when you have a fussy toddler). Their thoughtfulness means so much. Dr Wang has been amazing with our daughter. She always takes the time to give clear, detailed explanations and really guides us on how to care for her. She recently had a very bad cough, and Dr Wang helped us through everything — from the nebulisation schedule to the daily follow-ups (even on days she wasn’t on duty!) while we were also seeing the paediatrician as her condition worsened, and finally the last check when she recovered. We’re truly grateful. I also want to thank Dr Tan and Dr Elaine, who have treated me multiple times when I was really unwell (Dr Wang too) — and cared for our whole family. I’m currently pregnant, and I really appreciate how careful and thoughtful they are with all the medications and treatments they prescribe. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing they’re looking out for both me and the baby. Thank you to the entire T Medical team for consistently caring for our family with such kindness, patience, and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Friendly counter staff! Always crowded but the staff is understanding! Told her I was cold and not feeling well, like to see doctor fast and go home sleep. Dr Tan Yuan Zi is truly a legend. Bring my mum to see him because she is having walking difficulties and even problem standing up everytime she sits down due to swollen fingers and ankles. She hasnt talk much maybe due to the pain she is suffering. With precise diagnosis, precise medication prescribed by Dr Tan, my mum now able to stand up within second and walk normally. A very passionate and loving doctor. Keep up the good work Dr Tan!
