We had a generally positive experience working with our interior designer. Our interior designer was diligent, hardworking, and very responsive to messages, which we appreciated throughout the renovation process. However, there is room for improvement in contractor management and communication. For materials supplied by us, we expected the original accessories and parts to be used, so it was disappointing to later find the original screws and accessories for our toilet bowl and showerhead among discarded materials. We also discovered that protective cover from the newly installed master bedroom toilet were removed and used without our knowledge. Greater attention to detail during final checks would also help, as there were minor issues such as windows not fully cleaned, debris left on the window ledge, and some less visible fittings not replaced. With stronger contractor oversight and more thorough handover checks, the overall experience could be improved. We would still recommend them, especially for their responsiveness and commitment.

We get quotation from Zynn, she is very patience and always give us ideas on what should we do for our house, she even help us to get more discount when we purchasing water heater storage, kitchen basin and water tap. Our house was design by ID Derrick, it’s a wonderful journey from the beginning of renovation all the way to the end. From the start, we were impressed with their reasonable pricing and high-quality workmanship. The designer assigned to us, Bowie, although young, was incredibly knowledgeable and offered valuable recommendations that helped shape our vision. He was not only approachable and friendly but also very responsive to our needs. The renovation was completed according to my plan. I needed to carry out the renovation urgently because the tiles on my countertop were dropping off, exposing rotten wood underneath. I wanted everything completed before Chinese New Year, and the work was finished by the end of January as planned. I engaged the designer based on a recommendation from my friend. I felt comfortable working with him because he was trustworthy. He promptly followed through on my requests for changes and rectifications. One of his most outstanding qualities is that he helped to communicate effectively with the foreign workers and coordinate with other workers, which made the whole process much smoother.
