About Tails Up

About Tails Up

Tails Up is a pet boarding service operating islandwide from its base at 2 Netheravon Road, Block A, Singapore 508503. The listing is KakiList verified, meaning a real person has confirmed the provider's operating details and contact channels. It holds a Google rating of 4.5 out of 5 across 32 reviews — a moderate sample that offers a reasonable early signal of service quality, though prospective clients are encouraged to read individual reviews for context. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range tier.

When reaching out to Tails Up, it helps to have your pet's details ready: breed, size, temperament, and any known anxieties around new environments or other animals. Boarding providers in Singapore typically require up-to-date vaccination records before confirming a stay, so gather those documents ahead of enquiry. If your pet has not boarded before, ask whether a trial visit or short overnight stay is available to ease the transition. You can contact Tails Up via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form — WhatsApp is often the quickest way to share photos, describe your pet's routine, and clarify dietary requirements or special care needs before committing to a booking.

To take the next step, send Tails Up a WhatsApp message with your pet's breed, size, vaccination status, and intended boarding dates. Confirm the nightly rate, any add-on services, and the cancellation policy in writing before making any payment.

Never knew that there’s such a space in Changi Civil Service Club! Tails Up is cozy yet spacious for our furbabies to run and roam about! The backyard, play zones as well as their indoor air conditioned sleeping areas, quiet room and grooming room! They did their own plantation and the plants are definitely safe for all furbabies. Most importantly, they do evaluations for your furbabies before they proceed with daycare/overnight boarding! Highly recommended for busy pawrents to try them out!

Bad experience. They only accept certain dogs. If your puppy doesn’t fall into their preferred category they would be labeled. There are better shops out there. I wouldn’t waste my time with Joey and her team.

Sent our corgi Sparky for daycare and boarding a few times at Tails Up although the facility is relatively far away from our home. We recently boarded Sparky for 11 days in December and were very impressed with the care and attention given to Sparky along with other boarding pups during the peak holiday season. Sparky had lots of fun when we were away and came back healthy and happy! Highly recommended!

Cozy space, professional and passionate staff, plenty of outdoor play area for your furkids too! Loved the specially curated sensory garden (Sniffari - first ever such concept garden in SG) with 100% dog-safe plants for your doggies to explore. Highly recommend for pawrents out there :)

We had an amazing experience with Tails Up. We are very satisfied with their regular updates via Instagram Stories and daily update over WhatsApp! A really peace of mind while we were travelling. I love that they have an outdoor garden for the Furkids to roam around and explore. We will be back for their service again, that’s for sure! From Toffee and pawrents

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Tails Up charge?

Tails Up displays a mid-range price indicator, though specific nightly rates are not published on this listing. Pet boarding prices in Singapore typically vary based on pet size, breed, and the type of accommodation offered — standard kennel, private room, or home-style boarding. Larger or more demanding breeds generally attract a higher rate. Before confirming a booking, clarify whether add-on services such as feeding to a specific diet, medication administration, or extra exercise sessions carry additional charges. Ask whether a deposit is required to hold dates, and confirm the cancellation or early collection policy. See the full pet boarding cost guide for Singapore →

What vaccinations does Tails Up require?

Most reputable boarding facilities in Singapore require dogs to be current on core vaccinations — typically the DHPPi combination (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is also commonly required for any facility where dogs are in proximity to one another, which is standard in boarding settings. For cats, the FVRCP combination vaccine is usually expected. Vaccination records are generally required to have been administered within the past 12 months. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or a vet-issued certificate to drop-off. Contact Tails Up directly to confirm exactly which vaccines they require before your pet's stay.

Is Tails Up licensed and insured?

Pet boarding facilities in Singapore are required to hold a licence issued by the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board. This listing does not currently display a confirmed AVS licence, so prospective clients should ask Tails Up to provide their licence number and verify it directly with AVS before proceeding. It is also worth asking whether the facility carries insurance to cover scenarios such as a pet falling ill, sustaining an injury, or requiring emergency veterinary attention during a stay. Understand the protocol — who authorises treatment and who bears the cost — before drop-off. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
