About Tampines Family Medicine Clinic Our Tampines Hub
Tampines Family Medicine Clinic Our Tampines Hub is a general practice clinic located at Our Tampines Hub, serving residents in the Tampines area and accessible to patients from across the island. The clinic holds a 3.6/5 rating across 66 Google reviews, a moderate sample that warrants consideration before booking. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range tier for GP consultations in Singapore. No MOH Healthcare Services Licence or Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration details have been provided in the listing data, and ACRA registration has not been confirmed — patients are advised to verify these directly with the clinic before attending.
For a first visit, patients typically walk in or call ahead to check queue times, particularly during peak morning and evening hours at a busy integrated hub location. The clinic is expected to handle acute presentations, repeat prescriptions, chronic disease management under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), and MediSave-claimable outpatient treatments for eligible conditions including hypertension, diabetes, and lipid disorders. Integrated Shield Plan (IP) coverage for GP visits is generally limited, so patients should confirm direct billing arrangements with their insurer. For specialist referrals, the GP can issue a referral letter to a public hospital Specialist Outpatient Clinic, which reduces costs for Singapore Citizens compared with self-referred private specialist visits.
To arrange a consultation, contact the clinic directly by phone to confirm operating hours, queue availability, and whether your specific condition or chronic disease management programme is covered before attending.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
I'm grateful for Dr Ng, taking extra efforts to help my elderly mom by suggesting solutions with taking her medication in a timely routine manner. And also share ways to take care of aging parents with more compassion. Really ease a lot of our load. Thank you!
Not really the kind of person to write a review, but Dr. Aziz was very helpful and shared a lot of information. He was very nice as well. Please let him know that he's doing a great job!
Very poor experience. I was told only two patients were ahead of me, but after waiting half an hour, staff suddenly said there were four more registered patients before me and suggested I come back another day. Completely misleading, wasted my time, and handled unprofessionally. I walked out and will not return.
Dr Aziz is the one of the patient doctor that I met, he is experienced and very patient to explain, i have done my treatment there just now, 5 star service.😀
Dr Ng Huiyu is one of the most compassionate doctor I've met. Came at closing time, the doctor was nice enough to still see me and didn't rush the appointment, was very attentive and didn't dismiss any concerns. Seems she genuinely cares about her patients. Front desk is not too friendly but the doctor's performance will offset this rating.

GP consultation fees in Singapore typically run S$25–60 at private and polyclinic-adjacent clinics. Common items billed on top of the consultation include investigations such as blood panels (S$60–200), X-rays (S$80–150), and prescriptions. Singapore Citizens and PRs attending CHAS-accredited GP clinics may be eligible for subsidised rates under the Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) — confirm whether Tampines Family Medicine Clinic Our Tampines Hub participates in CHAS, MediSave outpatient withdrawal, and the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) before attending. For planned chronic disease follow-ups, MediSave can cover up to S$500 per year for general outpatient claims and S$700 per year for CDMP-listed conditions. Contact the clinic directly to confirm current fee schedules. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
No MOH Healthcare Services Licence or Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration details are recorded in this listing. Every legitimate clinic must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must be on the SMC public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can confirm registration status, specialist accreditation, and any disciplinary history. Patients should verify both the clinic licence and the named consulting doctor's SMC entry before booking. Neither alone is sufficient. Contact the clinic by phone to request these details directly if they are not displayed at the premises or on the clinic's website.
MediSave can be used for outpatient GP visits under the MediSave 500/700 withdrawal limits — S$500 per year for general outpatient claims and S$700 per year for chronic conditions listed under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, stroke, asthma, COPD, and selected mental health conditions, among others. Confirm that the clinic is an approved MediSave outpatient institution before your visit. Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally do not cover standard GP consultations but may cover day surgery or inpatient admissions if referred onward. For any planned procedure, request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding. Skipping this step is the most common reason patients are surprised by their final bill.
