Very painful and unprofessional blood test experience I went to this clinic for a blood test, and it turned into a very unpleasant and painful experience. The auntie who drew my blood handled the needle very roughly. When she pulled the needle out, she pulled it upwards instead of straight out, which caused severe pain and a lot of bleeding. My arm was left with a wound, and even after one month, the injury has not healed and seems to be getting deeper, which is very worrying. While waiting in the queue, I also heard the person in front of me cry out in pain during their blood draw. At that time, I didn’t understand why. When it was my turn, I realized the pain was likely due to the way the blood was being drawn. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and distressed. I honestly suspect that the staff may not be treating patients equally, and as a foreign worker, I felt disrespected and poorly treated. A blood test should not be this painful or cause long-term injury. I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care, and I would not recommend this place, especially if you are worried about safety and proper medical handling.

I visited Dr Peter Goh today for a persistent cough lasting 3 weeks, mainly felt in the chest (no throat irritation). I was concerned it could be something serious as I was tasting blood while coughing. Unfortunately, the consultation was rushed and dismissive. Instead of asking follow-up questions on the cough, he quickly stated it “must be viral,” and then prescribed strong antibiotics. When I asked why antibiotics, if the cause was viral, the response was “just try and see lah” "Don't get better come back". What concerned me most was that the focus then quickly shifted to a hard sell for Mounjaro for weight loss (through private entity) , which felt inappropriate given that the purpose of my visit was my cough. I also had to insist on getting a chest X-ray to help rule out pneumonia. I’m leaving this review because I hope clinics would take respiratory symptoms seriously, especially when breathlessness is involved, and explain treatment decisions clearly.

Would give 0 stars if possible, now I know why this clinic has 1.8 star. Both staff and doctor equally rude. Called to ask if able to make appt, say cannot i understand but replied very rudely. Told doctor I have vertigo, immediately say you wna go for therapy or just rest? Haven ask other symptoms or whatsoever, after that I told him I hv flu then he say thats why you hv vertigo. (???) Wouldnt hv visit if not for this clinic is the only one on my company insurance card near me, and im pretty sure its the same for many others since its still always crowded. Wait is shorter at night. Was attended to by Dr Neih.

The elder doctor is very unprofessional and prescribed medicines for stomach discomfort and vomiting which i don’t need for my allergic symptoms. Not saying you have to be friendly to me, but when a patient ask questions please at least answer more professionally rather than treating me like a stupid person and giving answers in rude tone as if I don’t understand what you’re trying to say. Also, he used his phone halfway to reply text while waiting for my blood pressure reading, it’s just ridiculous and unprofessional to me. He refused to give referral letter which I requested for further checkup and blood test, reason being is that those kind of test cannot find out exactly what’s my allergic unless I know what is the cause. What kind of nonsense?? And he just told me to avoid those food items I suspected I have allergic to. What?!!!? Seriously?!!?! I had to visit another clinic right after, the doctor is so much more professionally and friendly. He understands my situation right away and happy to help with the referral letter and explained to me about my conditions and what kind of test I can do. Anyway guess this clinic doesn’t really care about all these bad reviews. Please visit at your own risk. I visited just because it’s nearby my home. I should have read the review before.
