Dr checked thru my records as this was my first visit. Checked my eye and prescribed medication. Label on medication says eye drops but the one dispensing says to only use outside the eye. No improvement after 4 days. Google says the medication is to apply inside lower lid, not outside. Before seeing Dr, the one recording my blood pressure and pulse, cleared the numbers after the measurement. I told her the numbers I saw but she said it's ok to redo. She didn't know how to operate the meter. Very disappointed that I was given wrong information about how to apply the eye ointment and the assistant who didn't know how to operate the simple blood pressure meter. Dr Teo was ok. I give her 4 stars. Still wondering if I will ever go there again.

Now I got nothing on the doc as she is a kind lady. But it’s the receptionists at the counter that are rude and impatient. Especially the one in long hair who has been there for a while. It’s not the first time my spouse has put up with them over rude reply. But I think this time round over the phone enquiry will be the last straw. We don’t need to take this sort of service level especially there are 7 clinics around the same area.

Dr Teo is the most patient and caring GP I’ve ever met! She remembers every single one of my family members and would often ask about them regardless who’s seeing her for the day. The reason why the wait is so much longer here is simply because she spends a long time with each consult without rushing through! Kudos to the clinic assts too, not easy to be managing the diverse crowd and their needs that they’re often misunderstood.

The clinic closes at 4.30pm on certain days. Usually I go around 4pm to see the doc and get my regular med for hb. The usual receptionists were nice and helpful. However today I am rather put off by the 2 new female receptionists there I've not seen before. When I went in, straight away told me not taking any more patients cos there's 2 waiting outside. I said I'm only asking doc for my regular med. The woman, fatter one, say sorry, there's 2 patients already outside so they not taking any more. Is it the doctor's instructions? Or the new staff want to leave on the dot at 4.30? Utterly disappointed. With the old staff, at least they would ask the doc but No, these 2 new ones straight away tell me to go, get out. If they continue to work here, I think I'll switch to another clinic.
