The boarding experience at Cat Crib was absolutely the best! Even before check-in, Fiona took great care to understand the cats, especially Saoirse! She could pick up each cat's different personality and quirks after interacting with them. She is so dedicated and detailed in her care for the cats, so much so that my cats were so well fed and relaxed! Her standards for the cats' welfare and health is, IMO, the most impeccable among the cat boarders I have previously used. Highly recommend Cat Crib for cat owners!

Undoubtedly the best boarding experience we could ever hope for and we absolutely recommend catcrib to all cat owners! Fiona is so patient, kind and has a genuine passion for cats. She’s also so knowledgeable about caring for cats. We have 2 cats, one is a young CKD cat and we had put off plans for travel as we were concerned about boarding. We are so thankful to have found Fiona and catcrib. She was able to tell the characteristics of our cats very quickly and took care of both of them so well that they both gained significant weight after 12 nights of boarding! Our CKD cat is the heaviest she has ever been! Her daily video updates were reassuring and it was also so heartwarming to see her bonding with our cats. We will definitely use cat crib each time we travel.

I have been following Fiona’s personal IG since 2019 and I know she is a very dedicated and experienced cat rescuer. When I knew she started her own boarding facility, I contacted her immediately without hesitation. I knew my cat will be in good hands. However, Yuki does not adapt well in new environment and would get stressed. Fiona was very patient with her and ensured that she ate some food. I am very glad to place my 3 cats in Cat Crib under the care of Fiona Loh. She is really very good in taking care of cats. I have been following her in IG as she have been rescuing cats for so long. She has an immense heart for cats so I know she is trustworthy and very responsible. I love the simplicity of the cat boarding place, very well kept & so clean. Fiona really update everyday of my boys, she sent videos, photos(she can really take good photos of the cats) & inform of the boys behaviour & eating habits. Totally recommended.
