Receptionist is very very rude each time i came here. You can see the other reviews and you will know which receptionist i’m talking about. She is very sarcastic and will raise her voice for no reason lol. Passive aggressive too. The amount of times I had to deal with her rudeness each time i visited. There’s another male receptionist too and he is not as rude as the female receptionist but maybe he can start learning to control his facial expression and body language lol. If it is not because my of my parents liking Dr Teo, I wouldn’t even come to this clinic. If you are a first timer wanting to visit this clinic, DON’T.

Read the reviews and was prepared for the worse experience but to my surprise, the counter staff were courteous. Both are senior staff, so their mannerism and communication is more "elderly". One kept apologising as she needed some time to register my parents in the system before can be seen by doctor. Dr Teo is also very nice. My parents praise his skills on blood taking (no pain at all, compared to other bad experiences they encountered before). Will continue to follow up at this clinic

Worst counter staff I've met. like I owe them a million bucks. Especially the fair skin lady with long hair.. seems to be in a bad day every single day. Extremely rude to customer, especially to our elderly andforeign labourers. Her mood becomes worse when she cannot cope with the system. The only time I see her nice is when people buy food for her to eat. There is one super nice lady counter staff though - the curly hair tanned auntie with shades ( sunglasses or tinted prescriptive glasses). Doctor Teo is professional, knowledgeable and nice, but it's a pity that the whole experience is marred by that one counter staff.

This is a terrible clinic. The service is not even worth a star if not that my husband likes Dr Teo so much. Dr Teo has been very nurturing. 1. The clinic has inconsistent opening hours publishing everywhere. It opens at 8.55am and website publishes 9am. 2. As usual, there are many "under" table numbers issued. When we queued outside the clinic since 8.30am, there was nobody, I was issued number 2. When more people entered the clinic, they started shifting my number to 7. Thats terrible. My husband was having a fever with 39.2. 3. I understand that this clinic also did that previously and it was done in a very skillful way and there was no complaint. 4. Another lady was reissued number 11. She started making noise and number jump back to 6 and even a number before me. I started to make noise and the lady also confirmed that we came earlier. So eventually, I got no. 6. What is this? 5. An uncle entered the clinic at 10am claiming, he has appt at 10.30am. They said no choice and issued him with no.12. 6. We can understand for those having blood test have already fast and they need to go first. But they claimed there were only 3 to 4 with blood test. What happened to those other numbers? The counter staff claimed that doctor asked to give them the number because they are here for review. Then what happen to those who are really sick and need to see the doctor? Trust has been put to this doctor and this clinc, yet the needed patients do not get the service they needed. I can be contacted if you need clarification.
