Thankful for Dr Prem, after going to 3 neurologist in my local city. Most of them shrug me away because i can still walk ( not that urgent) // got for malpractice for unnecessary medical action steroid, heavy medicine etc. With no actual diagnosis. Went to Dr. Prem, told to get full spine and brain MRI , the results is different from what i checked on my city. Finally got an answer for this persistent pain, tingly & zapping. No medicine, just supplement and aqua physio ( affiliated to the clinic) . After 3 weeks i can feel 70% positive differences! Will continue doing what is recommended Thankyou so much Dr Prem 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I am deeply grateful for Doctor Prem Pillay for the exceptional care, skill, and compassion shown throughout my treatment. From the very first consultation, I felt reassured by his professionalism, patience, and clear explanations. The surgery and recovery process were handled with such precision and care, and I always felt that I was in safe, capable hands. Thank you for not only treating my condition but also for giving me confidence, hope, and peace of mind. Truly an outstanding doctor. The reception staff, Joyce and the team at the clinic were wonderful from the very first visit. They were welcoming, patient, and always helpful with appointments, paperwork, and questions. Much appreciated!!

I had a Discoplasty done by Dr Pillay for my L4/L5 for disc degeneration, but it did absolutely nothing for my symptoms. Albeit I was pain free for 3 to 4 months immediately after the procedure but after that period, the old pain, aches and numbness began to creep back. I went back to Dr Pillay and was told to be patient and continue with the physio therapy, which I did, but my symptoms still did not improve. I would have good days as well as bad days. The doctor had referred me to an aqua physiotherapy clinic he works closely with, and I attended it as instructed, but my symptoms remained unchanged despite taking a dozen of therapy lessons on land and in water. Each session set me back $470. After a year of ongoing pain, I then decided to consult other doctors. I went to three other specialists. All of them highlighted that my original MRI report before Dr Pillay operated on me, clearly showed severe spinal stenosis — disc protrusion, facet arthrosis and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy causing major nerve compression. The MRI report even stated “severe compression of the spinal nerves” and findings “in keeping with severe spinal stenosis.” Looking back, I’m still unsure why Discoplasty was recommended when the stenosis was already clearly documented on the MRI. I went along with the recommendation because I trusted that it matched my imaging. I am now moving forward with TLIF under a different specialist to finally address the actual root problem. A recent MRI shows the stenosis has worsened since then, although I understand this can happen naturally over time and I am not attributing the worsening to the earlier procedure. I am disappointed that Discoplasty did not resolve anything for me and that I ended up losing an entire year with no improvement. I’m sharing my experience so others can cross-check that the recommended procedure truly matches what their MRI shows and what multiple specialists agree on. Spine procedures are incredibly complex and one is best served to seek multiple opinions.

Dr. Prem helped me after diagnosing that I wasn't having migraine my whole life. It was due to other reasons and after the discoplasty, frequency of headaches decreased alot. There are many more good days. Thanks to Dr. Prem and all the staff at the clinic!
