First Step-in the cliniq full have toddlers crying sound, I can understand working mother without helper force to bring children stay in Clinic together with mother, and she let them sitting on the dirty floor having their breakfast. The floor full of dust looks like 1 month didn't clean. Toilet have dead cockroach very big size, dirty cloths, used urine test containers place in toilet, seem like never clean for a year. This is Clinic environment, don't need to tell their hygienic level how scary. The staff did not tell me doctor not in and need video call, after registered waiting for her settle down her children and I don't know what she doing, after a while maybe doctor is ready for video call, then she told me need video call with doctor now. I ask why you never tell me doctor is not in. She never asnwer me also don't bother to answer, just ask you want video call or not? I refuse video call because the camera quality is terrible, and she ask me stand in the public place which is in front the counter for video call, I told her I need privacy to see doctor at least let me go inside a room to have video call. She don't bother my request and continues to ask me to stand there for call, then I have to say no for this call and ask for face to face. Then she call to tell doctor I refused video call, so doctor have to come down to Clinic. She said wait for 10min, but I waited about 20mins. I didn't get the medicine I want, but I think it should be general medicine not sure helpful or not. This Clinic never provide receipts. My comment: NEVER EVER STEP-IN this Clinic again. Lastly, how do you report to MOH the hygiene issue?

This clinic is still in operation? Encountered several unpleasant experiences during my visit here. One of the receptionist (a Chinese Muslim) is rude. Once (Pre-Covid), I was down with high fever and terrible cough and the clinic had no patients. After about 30 minutes, I asked how long do I have to wait and the staff in an impolite tone, "If you cannot wait, you can go to another clinic!" Fact is, doctor was at ANOTHER clinic. In the past 2 years, doctor is NEVER in the clinic and consultation is via video AT THE CLINIC. What's the point of VISITING the clinic when the consultation is virtual. You might as well have the virtual consultation from home! With regards to the consultation, the doctor does not refer to our past records or even take note of our diagnosis. He simply scribbles the medication on a small piece of paper to be passed to the receptionist for dispensing. It's just disappointing that a clinic that is so conveniently situated in your estate provides an unprofessional service. Edited after "Owner's" reply: 1. "Owner " cannot handle feedback 2. "Owner" lack of professionalism. 3. "Owner" is confrontational. With the review from the other patients and how this clinic deals with it, it clearly shows its not worth the visit. Who would want to come back and waste time and money when the treatment in clinic and online is already SO BAD.

There was no queue in the clinic upon entering however, consultation time was under 4 minutes (def lesser) Doctor was brief in consultation and seemed eager to get it over and done with. Rather disappointing. I was pretty fazed by this experience - No useful advice provided on how i could better my situation / prevent it from happening again. Went in not understanding what had happened to my health, came out equally lost.

helper brought my sick brother to this clinic yesterday and was charged at this price for 2 medicine plus consultation fees at $40. Total damage $54. The medicine is not helping as well . This clinic don’t have chas or any subsidies covered. Lessons learnt max.

Visited the clinic a number of times due to convienience. While the doctors are generally fine, the service attitude of 1 particular receptionist and the general responsibility towards patients is appalling. Incident 1: Brought husband there to change dressing for his injury in Jun 19. Antiobiotics cream ( with normal shelf of 2 years) expired in Jul 19, merely 1 month from date of visit. When I had a close look at the "yellowish" waterproof plaster patchs, the expiry date was 2 years ago in 2017. When I feedback to the clinic, the other receptionist sound sincere that she would check the stocks, hence I let go of this incident Incident 2: Sought treatment for viral flu on 1 Aug. As the clinic ran out of a particular cough medicine, this particular receptionist ( "A") said that she would charge for it first, order a new batch and ask me to collect in a few day time. Although I find it weird ( as we need medicine for immediate relief) , I agreed as I had a almost full leftover bottle at home to tide me through. Collected on 13 Aug and found out the expiry date of this fresh batch was on the same month- Aug19. When My husband went to ask receptionist "A" on this, she just said matter of fact " All the stocks have the same expiry date" without bothering to address further Tell you a lot about this clinic.
