About The Collar Club
The Collar Club is a pet boarding provider located at 478 River Valley Road, Singapore, serving pet owners islandwide. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range tier for Singapore pet boarding services.
When enquiring about boarding, it helps to have your pet's size, breed, and temperament details ready, as these typically influence room allocation and care approach. Vaccination records — usually covering DHPP and rabies for dogs, or FVRCP for cats — will be required before or at drop-off, so gather these from your vet in advance. If your pet has not stayed away from home before, ask whether a trial visit or short overnight stay is available to assess how your pet settles. Clarify the drop-off and pick-up schedule, and discuss any special dietary needs, medication requirements, or behavioural considerations so the team can prepare appropriately.
To get started, reach out to The Collar Club via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form on their listing. Share your pet's details, your intended boarding dates, and any relevant health or behavioural notes, then confirm the vaccination requirements and pricing before finalising the booking.

First visit to The Collar Club Singapore. It’s their new (3rd) outlet at Upper Bukit Timah - Old Fire Station. All staff were friendly, professional and incredibly patient with my dog, who can be nervous during grooming. They took the time to understand the style I wanted, and the final result was perfect — neat trim, clipped nails and my dog smelled amazing. They also sent updates during the session which was reassuring. Prices are reasonable and the environment is clean and safe. Highly recommend! 💕
1st time sending my pup to TheCollarClub and I must say I'm impressed by the service they provided and the assurance they gave me with updates on the furkid before grooming & after grooming. Great photography from them too!! Highly recommend to send your pup to TheCollarClub with recent cases for some shops for grooming & dog boarding negligence I choose very wisely now where I send my fur-baby to. 💯💯💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ can rest assured TCC service 🩷 thank you TheCollarClub for the great service & experience can see my pup enjoying his grooming with y'all!
It is my first time to send my senior pom of 12 yo to The Collar Club for grooming and I am happy they opened their 3rd outlet at the Old Fire House at Upper Bt Timah Rd. Very easy to book the appointment and transport 👍🏻 Staff understand the cut of (different) Pomeranian and groomer did a great job in scissoring ❤️ My Pomeranian is at awkward shedding stage of mane and flat but groomer made her cute again 😄 They are also kind to my senior who will sit or lie down because she doesn’t want to stand so long 🙏🏻 Thank you! Will be a repeat customer 🥰
Excellent cleaning and grooming — the best we’ve ever had.The detailed photos really mean a lot to us. We truly appreciate how well you took care of my boy.Love it so much. Thank you very much! 🐶✨
Surprisingly pleasant experience with collar club. I found them on my way to orchard and thought it's easier for me to bring to this location. They update you on the progress and issues while grooming. Very professional. It's a shave down and if it is a smoother cut at the back of neck connection, would be better! Overall still good experience!

Boarding rates in Singapore typically vary by pet size, breed, and the type of accommodation selected — standard kennels, private suites, and home-style rooms each carry different nightly rates. Larger or more energetic breeds may attract a size surcharge, and add-on services such as additional play sessions, grooming, teeth brushing, nail trimming, or ear cleaning are usually priced separately. If you require transport to and from the facility, confirm whether this is available and what the additional fee is. It is advisable to request a full written breakdown of all charges — including any public holiday surcharges — before confirming your booking. See the full pet boarding cost guide for Singapore →
Most reputable boarding facilities in Singapore require dogs to be current on their DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies vaccinations, with bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination also commonly required for boarding and daycare settings. For cats, the FVRCP combination vaccine is the standard requirement. Proof of vaccination is typically needed at drop-off, and most providers require that vaccinations have been administered within the past 12 months. Contact The Collar Club directly to confirm their specific vaccination policy before your pet's stay, as requirements can vary. Bring your vet-issued vaccination certificate on the day of drop-off to avoid any delays.
Pet boarding facilities in Singapore are required to hold a licence from the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board. This licence sets standards for animal welfare, facility hygiene, space requirements, and staff conduct. At the time of this listing, no AVS licence is recorded in The Collar Club's profile on KakiList, so it is important to ask them directly to confirm their current licensing status before leaving your pet in their care. Also ask about their insurance arrangements and what protocols are in place if a pet becomes unwell, is injured, or requires emergency veterinary attention during the stay. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
