When reaching out to The Collar Club, be prepared to share your dog's size, breed, and temperament, as these factors typically influence scheduling and pricing. Have your pet's vaccination records ready, as most reputable pet sitters and dog walkers in Singapore require up-to-date documentation before commencing care. It is worth arranging a brief trial visit so your dog can become comfortable with the walker or sitter before a recurring schedule is confirmed. You can get in touch via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form — WhatsApp is often the quickest route for sharing photos and arranging logistics. Clarify whether you need a drop-off arrangement or whether the team comes to you, and discuss the frequency and duration of walks or sitting sessions that suit your pet's routine.
To take the next step, send a WhatsApp message to The Collar Club with your dog's details, your location within Singapore, and your preferred schedule, and ask about availability and pricing before confirming a booking.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
First visit to The Collar Club Singapore. It’s their new (3rd) outlet at Upper Bukit Timah - Old Fire Station. All staff were friendly, professional and incredibly patient with my dog, who can be nervous during grooming. They took the time to understand the style I wanted, and the final result was perfect — neat trim, clipped nails and my dog smelled amazing. They also sent updates during the session which was reassuring. Prices are reasonable and the environment is clean and safe. Highly recommend! 💕
1st time sending my pup to TheCollarClub and I must say I'm impressed by the service they provided and the assurance they gave me with updates on the furkid before grooming & after grooming. Great photography from them too!! Highly recommend to send your pup to TheCollarClub with recent cases for some shops for grooming & dog boarding negligence I choose very wisely now where I send my fur-baby to. 💯💯💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ can rest assured TCC service 🩷 thank you TheCollarClub for the great service & experience can see my pup enjoying his grooming with y'all!
It is my first time to send my senior pom of 12 yo to The Collar Club for grooming and I am happy they opened their 3rd outlet at the Old Fire House at Upper Bt Timah Rd. Very easy to book the appointment and transport 👍🏻 Staff understand the cut of (different) Pomeranian and groomer did a great job in scissoring ❤️ My Pomeranian is at awkward shedding stage of mane and flat but groomer made her cute again 😄 They are also kind to my senior who will sit or lie down because she doesn’t want to stand so long 🙏🏻 Thank you! Will be a repeat customer 🥰
Excellent cleaning and grooming — the best we’ve ever had.The detailed photos really mean a lot to us. We truly appreciate how well you took care of my boy.Love it so much. Thank you very much! 🐶✨
Surprisingly pleasant experience with collar club. I found them on my way to orchard and thought it's easier for me to bring to this location. They update you on the progress and issues while grooming. Very professional. It's a shave down and if it is a smoother cut at the back of neck connection, would be better! Overall still good experience!

The Collar Club is listed at a mid-range price point ($$), though specific per-visit rates are not published on this listing. In the Singapore market, dog walking services typically range from around S$20–35 per session for a 30-minute walk, while pet sitting can run S$50–100 or more per day depending on duration and care requirements. Pricing is commonly influenced by your dog's size, breed, and coat type, with larger or more energetic dogs sometimes attracting a higher rate. Additional services such as nail trimming, teeth brushing, or ear cleaning may be offered as add-ons at extra cost. If the sitter travels to your home, check whether transport costs are included or billed separately. Contact The Collar Club directly via WhatsApp or phone to get a confirmed quote for your specific pet and schedule. See the full dog walking and pet sitting cost guide for Singapore →
Most professional dog walking and pet sitting providers in Singapore require dogs to be up to date on core vaccinations before services begin. For dogs, this typically means the DHPP combination vaccine (covering distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) as well as a current rabies vaccination. If your dog will be around other animals or in shared spaces, bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is also commonly required. Proof of vaccination is usually needed at the point of first contact or drop-off, so have your veterinary records ready when you get in touch. Vaccinations are generally expected to have been administered within the past 12 months. Contact The Collar Club directly to confirm their specific vaccination requirements before your first session.
The Collar Club is verified by KakiList, meaning a real person has confirmed its operating details and contact channels. It is not listed as ACRA-registered on this listing, so prospective clients should ask the provider directly to confirm its business registration status. For pet boarding and grooming facilities in Singapore, the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board requires an operating licence — if The Collar Club offers any boarding component, it would be worth confirming that this licence is held. No specific licences are recorded on this listing at present. Regarding insurance, ask the provider directly what cover is in place in the event your pet is injured or falls unwell during a walk or sitting session. Visit the facility or meet the walker in person, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
If The Collar Club isn't the right fit, these are other dog walking/ pet sitting providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
