About The Frosted Chick Singapore
The Frosted Chick Singapore is a wedding services provider operating islandwide from its base in Opal Crescent. It has been verified by KakiList, and its 4.8-star rating across 1,308 Google reviews represents a robust sample that points to consistent client satisfaction. Pricing sits in the moderate-to-mid range ($$), and packages are the standard engagement model for this subcategory.
Couples typically begin by reaching out via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form with their event date, venue, and a broad sense of scope — whether that covers a ROM solemnisation, a full wedding-day programme, or specific elements such as floral, décor, photography, or co-ordination. From there, a theme or style consultation helps narrow the package or à la carte components. Expect to pay a deposit of around 30–50% on signing to secure your date, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. Peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November tend to book out earliest, so couples planning a wedding in those months should enquire well in advance — six to twelve months is a reasonable lead time for in-demand wedding vendors. Confirm the setup and teardown windows, any travel charge for venues outside the central region, and the wet-weather or backup contingency plan if any portion of the day is outdoors. Ask whether public liability insurance is held, particularly if the setup involves a hotel ballroom, HDB void deck, or condominium function room that may require a certificate.
To take the next step, contact The Frosted Chick Singapore directly via WhatsApp or the enquiry form with your wedding date, venue, and a brief description of what you need — the team can then confirm availability and arrange a consultation.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
The Frosted Chick cake was absolutely beautiful and tasted amazing! It really made my son’s birthday party shine. The delivery was right on time and the cake arrived in perfect condition. We will definitely order his 7th birthday cake from here as well!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I am beyond impressed with The Frosted Chick! I showed them a picture of the cake I wanted, and they recreated it perfectly—even better than I imagined! The vanilla cake with fresh cream filling was so soft and fresh, and the buttercream frosting was smooth, rich, and not too sweet. It was stunning and delicious. Everyone loved it! I will definitely be ordering again and highly recommend them! 🎂✨
This is probably the prettiest and cutest cake we could have gotten for our dad's 80th birthday, everyone loved it! We ordered the lemon curd flavor as we wanted something sweet and tangy, it was indeed tasty but a tat too sweet for us. Still it was well worth it, highly recommended to anyone who wants a cake that leaves an impression.
Have ordered from them multiple times for my girls’ birthdays, and I’m always impressed by the elegant cake designs, smooth taste, and excellent service. This is truly a business run with heart. Highly recommended!
The cupcake turned out slightly different from what I expected — I thought the fondant would wrap around the entire cupcake. Nevertheless, it was beautifully decorated and looked absolutely lovely. The taste did not disappoint either. I really enjoyed the fondant texture — it wasn’t overly sweet, which I appreciated. The vanilla flavour could be a little stronger

The Frosted Chick Singapore prices its wedding services on a package basis, with the final figure depending on the scope — photography, videography, floral, décor, co-ordination, or a combination. As a general Singapore market reference: full-day wedding photography runs S$2,500–6,000+, full-day videography S$3,000–8,000+, full event co-ordination (excluding venue and catering) S$5,000–25,000+, and floral or décor packages S$300–1,500+ for individual elements. Itemise carefully before signing: the quoted package price should clarify the deposit required on signing (typically 30–50%), the balance payment schedule, the number of hours or deliverables covered, the timeline for final files or items, and any travel surcharge for venues outside the central region. GST applies if the business is GST-registered — confirm this when reviewing the invoice. See the full Wedding Services cost guide for Singapore →
For weddings, six to twelve months ahead is the standard lead time for popular vendors, and peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November fill earliest. If your wedding date falls in one of those windows, enquiring as soon as the date and venue are confirmed is advisable — a deposit is what holds the date, not an enquiry alone. For other wedding-adjacent celebrations such as ROM solemnisations or bridal parties, a shorter lead time of eight to twelve weeks is often sufficient, though this depends on the specific service and how busy the vendor's calendar is at that point in the year. Confirm whether the date is held on a first-come-first-served basis once the deposit is received, and ask about the rescheduling policy in case of unforeseen changes — most reputable vendors allow one postponement within a defined window without forfeiting the deposit.
The Singapore industry standard for wedding vendors is a non-refundable deposit of 30–50% on signing, which secures the date and covers the initial planning and preparation work. The balance is typically due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing exactly what the deposit covers — date hold, consultation hours, design mock-ups, or sample work — and what, if anything, is transferable to a rescheduled date rather than simply forfeited. On cancellation, deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferable to a future date if the vendor's calendar permits. Ask specifically about the rescheduling policy for circumstances outside your control, such as a venue closure or a public-health restriction, as policies vary between vendors. Also confirm whether The Frosted Chick Singapore holds public liability insurance and whether a copy can be provided to your venue — HDB void decks, condominium function rooms, and hotel ballrooms increasingly require this before setup begins.
