About The Gentlemen's Press Singapore
The Gentlemen's Press Singapore is a wedding services provider operating islandwide from its studio at Genting Lane in the Cideco Industrial Complex. It has been verified by KakiList, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. On Google it holds a 5/5 rating across 34 reviews, which is a moderate sample and a strong directional signal. Pricing sits in the mid-range band; specific package rates are not publicly listed, so couples should enquire directly for a full quote.
Couples typically begin by reaching out via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form with their event date, venue, and a rough sense of scope. From there, a consultation establishes the style direction, what is included in each package tier, and what might be added à la carte. For wedding services, lead time matters: popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November tend to book out earliest, and six to twelve months ahead is a reasonable planning horizon for securing your preferred date. A deposit — typically 30 to 50 per cent of the package value — is paid on signing to hold the date, with the balance usually due one to two weeks before the event. Couples should confirm the deliverables timeline, the rescheduling policy, and whether public liability insurance is held, particularly if any setup work takes place at an HDB void deck or condo function room.
To move forward, contact The Gentlemen's Press Singapore via WhatsApp or the enquiry form with your wedding date and venue to receive a package overview and schedule a consultation.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
We had an amazing experience printing our solemnisation cards at The Gentlemen’s Press. Hong and Michelle were incredibly knowledgeable, talented and passionate about their craft. We met them at their beautiful indie studio where they patiently took us through the different types typography, colours, paper types and envelopes that we could choose from. We also showed them a design inspiration which they brought to life seamlessly. We’d definitely recommend them for anyone looking to print their wedding cards or stationery with a tasteful eye. Thanks for throwing in the mosque cutout design as well!
Hoong and Michelle are absolute gems. We wanted our wedding invites to be more personal and for our guests to feel like we would really appreciate their presence when they received the invites. Thankfully, we found Gentlemen's Press after a bit of online searching and it was a joy working with them right from the start 🙂 I think what really impressed us was how much the whole team at the workshop cared about what our vision for the cards was -- they invited us down to look through samples and discuss everything in the beginning (before we even paid or confirmed anything). The final product was perfect (see pics for the wedding invite - traditional Chinese with some personal + modern touches). We had a lot of fun seeing how happy our friends/family were when they opened the envelopes ☺️ No question, completely worth the money Thank you again for the beautiful cards! :) - nick and qi

If you’re looking for timeless, high-quality prints that make a lasting impression, this is the place to go! We even got to try our hands at making our own printed cards! Don’t forget to say hi to their 3 mascot cats!!!!
Went for the studio tour and the team at TGP was 10/10! Super personable, friendly and passionate about what they do. Had so much fun learning about the craft and trying some of the machines. Highly recommend to check them out! (Forgot to take pics in the midst of all the fun but did take one of one of the cats lol)

The Gentlemen's Press Singapore does not publish a full price list publicly, so couples will need to enquire directly for a tailored quote. As a reference point, wedding services in Singapore span a wide range depending on scope: full-day photography typically runs S$2,500–6,000+, full-day videography S$3,000–8,000+, and full event planning (excluding venue and food and beverage) S$5,000–25,000+. Pricing for specialist print and stationery services, where applicable, varies by quantity and finish. When you receive a quote, confirm what is included — hours of coverage, number of deliverables, turnaround timeline — and what is billed on top, such as travel charges for non-central venues and GST. A deposit of typically 30–50% is paid on signing, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. See the full Wedding Services cost guide for Singapore →
For wedding services, six to twelve months ahead is the standard planning horizon — peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November fill earliest. If your date is less than three months away, it is still worth enquiring, as availability does open up, but the closer to the date the narrower your options. Once you decide to proceed, the date is only secured when the deposit is paid and the contract is signed. Ask explicitly whether the date is held during any consultation or quote period, and clarify the rescheduling or postponement policy in the event that a force-majeure situation requires a change of date.
The Singapore industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing that holds the date and covers initial planning or creative work. The balance is typically due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers and whether it is transferable to a rescheduled date — deposits are generally non-refundable on outright cancellation but some providers allow a date transfer within a defined window. Also clarify the rescheduling policy if a venue, ROM, or public-health circumstance forces a last-minute change. Ask whether public liability insurance is held, particularly where any physical setup is involved at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel ballroom, as some venues require a copy of the certificate before permitting setup.
