About The Ivory Bridal Singapore
The Ivory Bridal Singapore is a wedding services provider based at 68 South Bridge Road, Level 5, operating islandwide across Singapore. KakiList has verified the operating details and contact channel. On Google, the studio holds a 4.7 out of 5 rating across 169 reviews — a robust sample that carries meaningful weight. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range ($$) on a package basis; specific package rates should be confirmed directly with the studio.
Couples typically begin by enquiring with the team via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form, sharing the event date and a general sense of the wedding scope — venue type, guest count, and any dialect-group customs (Hokkien and Cantonese gatecrash traditions, for example, affect timeline planning). The studio can then advise on package fit, coverage hours, and any add-ons. A consultation at the South Bridge Road premises is the natural next step, covering style preferences, key deliverables, the deposit required on signing (typically 30–50% for wedding vendors), and the balance-payment schedule, usually settled one to two weeks before the wedding day. Lead time matters: popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November tend to book out earliest, and six to twelve months ahead is a prudent window for securing a date.
To take the next step, reach out to The Ivory Bridal Singapore via WhatsApp or phone to check availability for your wedding date, and arrange a consultation at the studio before committing to a package.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
I had started wedding dress shopping for months and was so happy to have finally found Ivory Bridal! Huge thank you to Joey (at initial consultation) for helping me find my dream wedding dresses and Sul for being so patient and supportive during our many fitting appointments!! The Ivory Bridal team are knowledgeable and enthusiastic in hearing about my wedding schedule and how they can help adjust my dresses to best fit the occasion. Also love the store’s warm ambience and huge variety of wedding dresses available. Had a positive experience and would recommend anyone to check out Ivory Bridal! :)
Immaculate place. Cannot recommend them enough!! Wanwen was so patient during gown fittings and gave top notch recommendations. Said yes to the gowns only 1 mth before the actual day cuz there were just too many beautiful ones to choose from! The whole studio is clean and calm which is really great
So happy to be a graduated ivory bride. I had a great experience with The Ivory Bridal after facing a disappointment from another popular G studio that promised the gown is available but only informed I’m on waitlist after putting down the deposit. Ivory Bridal team really responded quickly and able to bring in the dress that I was eyeing on. A huge thank you to Su for her patience, care, and expertise despite being new. I’m so thankful for her help with the beading on my dress. Those final touches made all the difference and brought my vision to life. And it’s my fav dress out of all!
LOVED BOTH MY GOWNS THAT I GOT FROM HERE!!! Thank you to Joey and Aurora for being so patient with me while finding my dresses. The variety at Ivory is so amazing and the only hard time I had was deciding which dresses to get. There's a dress for every style, venue and bride. I felt so gorgeous in my dresses and loved every moment. 100/100 recommend and you won't regret getting your dresses from here. Thanks again ladies! - love, Theingi
The selection of gowns at The Ivory Bridal is truly beautiful and stunning; and I believe they have one of the better prices for rental of crowd favourites/classic can't-go-wrong pieces such as Vivienne Westwood gowns, which is what I went for for my ROM dress :) Ericka, my bridal stylist, was supportive and honest throughout all my visits and conversations with her; and I'm grateful for her tireless effort in assisting me with my gown selection :)

The Ivory Bridal Singapore prices its wedding services on a package basis, positioned in the mid-range ($$). Specific package rates are not publicly listed and should be requested directly from the studio. For context, wedding photography packages in Singapore typically run S$2,500–6,000+ for full-day coverage, videography S$3,000–8,000+, and full bridal styling or coordination packages vary considerably by scope. Confirm what each package includes — hours of coverage or service, number of deliverables, outfit changes, travel to multiple venues — and itemise the deposit (typically 30–50% on signing), the balance schedule, and any travel surcharge for venues outside the central region. GST should also be confirmed in writing. See the full Wedding Services cost guide for Singapore →
For wedding services in Singapore, six to twelve months ahead is the standard lead time — and the earlier end of that range is advisable for popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November, which are peak wedding season and fill up quickly. Once you have a shortlisted venue date, contact The Ivory Bridal Singapore promptly to check availability. A deposit on signing is what secures the date; without it, the slot remains open to other enquiries. If you are planning a ROM solemnisation separate from a banquet, confirm whether both dates can be covered and whether that changes the package structure. For weekday or off-peak dates, a three-to-six-month lead time is generally sufficient, though earlier is always safer given that planning a wedding involves coordinating multiple vendors simultaneously.
The Singapore wedding industry standard is a deposit of 30–50% on signing, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the wedding day. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date hold, pre-wedding consultation hours, trial sessions, or preparatory work — and whether any portion is refundable if you cancel. Deposits for wedding vendors are typically non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date if your wedding is postponed. Ask specifically about the rescheduling policy, including what happens if a force-majeure event, public-health restriction, or venue change requires a date shift. The studio's policy on this should be in the written contract before you pay. Also confirm public liability insurance, particularly if any part of the service involves setup at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel venue where the venue manager may request a certificate of coverage.
