When enquiring about boarding, be prepared to share your pet's size, breed, and temperament, as these factors typically influence the type of accommodation and level of supervision offered. You will also need to provide up-to-date vaccination records — most reputable boarding facilities in Singapore require proof of vaccination before accepting a pet. It is worth arranging a trial visit or short stay before committing to a longer booking, so both your pet and the facility can assess suitability. Clarify drop-off and collection arrangements, as well as whether a recurring boarding schedule is an option if you travel frequently.
To get started, reach out to The Luxe Meownor via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to check availability for your intended dates, confirm their vaccination requirements, and arrange a visit to the facility before your pet's first stay. We had such a wonderful experience with Luxe Meownor — truly a 5-star service for our fur babies! 🐾✨ The pet hotel is incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully designed just for cats. You can really feel the love and care the moment you step in. The owner, Brenda, is a genuine cat lover and rescuer, and that passion clearly shows in the way the place is run. My cats never felt lonely during their stay. The butlers were always ready to play with them, showering them with attention and affection. I especially appreciated the consistent updates — daily meals, toilet breaks, and adorable videos — which gave me such peace of mind as a cat mom while away on holiday. Absolutely love this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, loving, and premium stay for their cats! 💛🐱
We’ve been sending our two cats here every year during Chinese New Year, and we couldn’t be happier with the care they receive. It gives us such peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands while we’re away. The staff are attentive, patient, and genuinely caring. Our cats always come home healthy, relaxed, and well taken care of. We really appreciate the updates and the clean, comfortable environment provided for them. Highly recommend this pet boarding hotel to any cat parents looking for a safe and trustworthy place for their fur babies. We’ll definitely continue bringing our cats back every CNY! 🐾
Boarded my cat here for a duration of 10 days and had a great experience! The team was accommodating from the start and took very good care of her, sending daily photo/videos with mini updates which was reassuring and gave me a peace of mind. She gradually adapted to the environment and looked comfortable and relaxed during her stay. Really appreciate the care and communication — would definitely recommend and board her here again :)
My little boy just finished his first stay at MEOWNOR for 12 days, and we’ll dfn choose this hotel again next time! The staff there are all so patient and friendly with him. I really appreciate the care and the joyful playtime they gave him! And the owner is such a welcoming, cat loving lady! Her love is the most precious thing about the cat hotel!
My boy Grayson had a short one-night stay at the Luxe Meowner. Brenda and her staff were absolutely wonderful. Brenda took such great care of Grayson, helped with his eye and ear cleaning, and took the time to teach us tips as first-time cat owners. Grayson was in the best hands. 😊

The Luxe Meownor is listed at a mid-range price point ($$), but specific per-night or per-visit rates were not published at the time of listing. Pet boarding fees in Singapore typically vary based on pet size and breed, the type of accommodation (shared versus private suite), and any add-on services such as grooming, playtime sessions, or feeding with owner-supplied food. Surcharges may apply during peak periods such as public holidays, the Lunar New Year, and school holidays when demand for boarding is high. It is advisable to request a written breakdown of all charges before confirming a booking. See the full pet boarding cost guide for Singapore →
Most boarding facilities in Singapore require dogs to be vaccinated against DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) and to have a current rabies vaccination. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is also commonly required for dogs entering boarding or daycare environments due to the close proximity of animals. For cats, the standard requirement is the FVRCP vaccine covering feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia. Vaccinations are typically required to have been administered within the past 12 months, and you should bring the original vaccination certificate or a copy from your vet at the time of drop-off. Contact The Luxe Meownor directly to confirm their specific vaccination policy before your pet's first visit, as requirements can vary between facilities.
Pet boarding facilities in Singapore are required to hold a licence issued by the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board. A valid AVS licence indicates that the premises have met minimum standards for animal housing, sanitation, and care. The Luxe Meownor does not currently list an AVS licence in its KakiList profile, so prospective clients should ask to sight the licence directly before leaving their pet. On the question of insurance, ask the facility whether they carry coverage for incidents such as pet injury or illness during a stay, and what their protocol is if a pet requires emergency veterinary attention. Clarifying these points in advance helps avoid uncertainty should an unexpected situation arise. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
