The driver of one of ur vehicle even after signalling and moving to the right , rammed his car into my vehicle . Came out of the car and wanted to pull a fight with my hubby because he refused to open the window to speak to us and my hubby knocked the glass panel gently. He told my hubby to shut up n wanted to speak to me only . He told us not to make him angry . Raised his voice n was very rough . I wish to get a reply from the company as all calls are not answered n he told us we are free to call the police . This is unruly behaviour n I believe ur company should take action on such pest like people . Pl do get in touch with us as we are considering further action for verbal threat .
I’m writing this after encountering one of your company’s drivers — and imagine my surprise when I discovered I’m not the only victim. Another review from a week ago describing almost the same type of aggressive and reckless behavior from what appears to be the same driver. Your driver seemed unaware that I was already in the lane as he was filtering over. I gave a light tap of the horn, after which he deliberately filtered behind my car and began incessantly flashing his high beams at me. Such a shame that a driver representing your company is displaying this kind of behaviour on the road.
Encountered this driver on the road in Bedok at 5.10pm on 7 September 2024. He had the right of way, it was my fault. I stopped in time and hand signaled to him sorry but he took it as a middle finger. He then blocked the road and challenged me to come down. This is road rage and is a danger on the road. Called the company but no one answered. My kids are now traumatized . If an apology is not given, I will be reporting to the police. Finally called their company after e weekend They didn’t even call me back Lousy company
We used them for many years because they were a bit cheaper than others. Finally gave up on them because the little money saved was not worth the hassles and incompetence. Got tired of having to chase them for appointments. They kept poor records and would take about 18 months to complete 12 monthly visits, but that didn’t stop them from trying to collect money for the renewal contract when there were still 6 visits outstanding. Fortunately, we kept meticulous records of service visits so they didn’t succeed. Recently, they got bought out by Pestbuster, and things got worse. Appointments got harder to get, and when the technicians came, they often had no/faulty equipment, wasting everyone’s time. The last straw was when they tried to collect payment for the annual contract that just ended. Fortunately, we have a record of our payment, made last year at the start of the contract. Otherwise, we might end up having to pay twice for the same bill. Nightmare pest control company. I would give no star if I could.
Failed to control bedbug infestation in our house despite multiple visits and when asked why, they kept giving lame excuses eg that we brought back new bedbugs into our home and that was why there were still many bedbugs after all their treatments. but in actual fact, there were no new bedbugs besides the original ones that they had failed to clear.
