Known them since 2021. Chanced upon them during a Google search when my wife and I was looking for a good shop selling chinchillas. Shortlisted a few in Serangoon North area, wasn’t very comfortable with the shops. So decided to go to Little Heroes, that time they were in Jurong. They have since moved to Thomson area. The shop made an instant impression on us and we stayed there for a good few hours! These people, though they are selling chinchillas and its supplies, are more like educators! They actually impart all their knowledge about chinchillas to you. Not only that, they only want responsible people to take their chins home. They are ethical, responsible sellers! They want good owners for their chins. We bought a pair of their chins home on our second visit. We have since become good friends with the shop owners and will often visit their shop, to stock up on their food. I encourage all potential chin owners, if you have plans to bring home a pair of chinchillas, to pay these guys a visit. You will learn a lot from them. Won’t regret it!

Made a wasted trip as the shop didn’t update their address to Thomson, went all the way to Jurong West in vain. Wanted to buy Mazuri pellets for chinchilla, have texted the day before to confirm its availability before heading down. When we couldn’t locate the shop unit at Jurong west, we called up and were informed that Mazuri pellets are sold out which is different from what was told the day before. Extremely unpleasant experience.
