When enquiring about boarding, it is worth sharing your pet's size, breed, and temperament upfront, as these details can affect pricing and suitability for the facility's setup. Bring along your pet's vaccination records — proof of up-to-date vaccinations is standard practice for boarding providers. If possible, arrange a trial visit before a longer stay so your pet can acclimatise to the environment and staff. Confirm the drop-off and collection arrangements, what is included in the daily care routine, and whether there is a recurring schedule option if you board frequently.
To take the next step, reach out to The Ritz-Catton Pte Ltd via phone or the enquiry form listed on this page, and have your pet's vaccination records and any relevant health notes ready before your first conversation. My experience at The Ritz-Carlton Spa was not bad. It was relaxing. I love the relaxing lounge. The hot water pool was extremely hot — to the point that it felt scalding and uncomfortable rather than relaxing. Another downside was the layout. Guests have to pass through the main counter area to access the pool and gym facilities, which felt a bit awkward and unusual. It would have been nicer if there were a more private or seamless route to the facilities. On a positive note, the staff within the facilities area were warm and friendly. However, the counter staff felt less welcoming in comparison. I hope there will be discount in future for classpass users who order drinks at the pool!
I booked a massage at The Ritz-Carlton Spa and specifically requested a therapist named Joy. At the time of booking, the receptionist informed me that there was a promotion at $188++, which included a complimentary eye mask. When I arrived, I was informed that my therapist had been changed to Miss Tan because I arrived late. I understood and accepted this change, as it was my responsibility. However, the experience during the treatment was very disappointing. Once the massage started, the therapist continuously asked personal questions such as where I was from, whether I was here for travel, what I was doing in Singapore, where I lived, and what I did for work. While I understand that some basic questions are necessary for comfort (such as room temperature or heated bed preferences), this level of conversation was excessive. I came to the spa to relax and rest, not to have a conversation. I gave short answers and remained quiet, hoping the therapist would understand that I did not wish to talk. Unfortunately, the questions continued non-stop. It reached a point where I realized I would not be able to relax or fall asleep, and I even picked up my phone — yet the talking still did not stop, even when I was turned over. Eventually, I completely lost the mood to continue the treatment and decided to stop the massage early and leave. This was very disappointing, especially for a spa of this standard. A key part of a luxury spa experience is the ability to relax in silence. I hope the spa will provide better training on guest awareness and understanding when silence is preferred.
We had the most amazing Valentine’s at the Ritz Spa! From the second we walked in, everything just felt calm and welcoming. The massages were exactly what we were hoping for: luxurious, deeply relaxing, and so soothing that I fell asleep almost right away. Our therapists Yani and Amira were absolutely wonderful. They were so gentle and kind, but also clearly very skilled and knowledgeable. They were very attentive and checked in thoughtfully throughout the session and made sure we were comfortable at every step. The room felt perfectly set up for us, and their attention to detail made such a difference. Also, the facilities were spotless and incredibly comfortable, with such a peaceful energy that made it easy to completely switch off and just enjoy the moment together. One of the sweetest touches was when they offered to take a Polaroid photo for us after our massages since it was Valentine’s Day!! :) It was such a thoughtful gesture, and now we have the cutest little keepsake to remember the day. It truly ended up being the perfect Valentine’s activity. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and so glad we chose the Ritz Spa for our Valentine's treatment. Definitely money well spent, and we would absolutely go back again!! Thank you to the welcoming team and Yani and Amira :)
I book this thru classpass, and it was such a nice experience. I had the chance to enjoy their amenities from the relaxing pool and spa facilities to the well-equipped fitness center everything was well-maintained and exceeded expectations. The staff were attentive, courteous, and made sure every detail was taken care of, which really elevated the whole experience.
The manager, Christine, made sure my birthday gift to self of a massage was memorable with so many treats and kindnesses including staff singing Happy Birthday, a great massage, and, fresh orange juice and a cake afterwards. The best massage ever. My sister loved it too! Thank you. xx

Most reputable pet boarding facilities in Singapore require proof of up-to-date core vaccinations before accepting a pet. For dogs, this typically means DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies, with bordetella (kennel cough) often required or strongly recommended for boarding and daycare settings. For cats, FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, panleukopenia) is the standard. Vaccination records are generally expected to be current within the past 12 months, and proof will usually be required at drop-off. Contact The Ritz-Catton Pte Ltd directly to confirm their specific vaccination requirements before your pet's first stay.
Pet boarding facilities in Singapore are regulated by the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board, and operators are required to hold an AVS licence to run a licensed boarding establishment. However, no AVS licence is currently listed for The Ritz-Catton Pte Ltd in the data available on this directory. Before dropping off your pet, it is advisable to ask the provider directly whether they hold a current AVS licence and what insurance or liability cover is in place should your pet be injured or fall ill during their stay.
