About The Snuggery

About "The Snuggery"

The Snuggery is a pet training provider operating islandwide across Singapore, listed on KakiList as a verified provider. It holds a Google rating of 4.5 out of 5 across 74 reviews — a moderate sample that offers a reasonable directional signal. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range ($$) level, though specific session or package fees are not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly with the provider.

When reaching out to The Snuggery, be prepared to share details about your pet's size, breed, and temperament, as these factors typically influence the training approach and programme structure. It is worth asking whether they offer a trial visit or introductory session before committing to a full programme, and whether training takes place at a fixed location or can be conducted at your home or another venue. Bring along your pet's vaccination records, as reputable trainers generally require proof of up-to-date vaccinations before commencing work. If your pet has any known behavioural challenges or health conditions, flag these at the outset so the trainer can assess fit and tailor the approach accordingly. Do also clarify whether recurring sessions are available and what a typical training schedule looks like.

To take the next step, contact The Snuggery via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form on their listing. Prepare a brief description of your pet and your training goals so the team can advise on the most suitable programme.

Update: It's going on the fourth year that Honey has been attending and loving her favorite "school" in Singapore twice a week! I wholeheartedly trust and recommend the Snug team. They're consistently exceptional at communication and coming up with amazing events that the dogs enjoy and their humans enjoy even more through the videos and photos we get! _______________________________________________________________ Honey, our 5-month-old Cocker has been going to the Snuggery all this week and has had a blast! She is more on the reserved side and takes a bit to warm up so it is a testament to the people at Snuggery that she is comfortable there and having fun. Thank you especially to Joanna and Alson - her favorite people to get pets and attention from :) If you choose the package with the outing, you also get these pro videos and photos from the trip! Watching them honestly makes me a bit jealous of Honey, having that much fun. Below is just one of the amazing photos they've sent.

I've started sending my furkid to Snuggery since he was about 5months old. Initially he would bark to try to engage other dogs but after attending daycare, he has learnt to wait and not bark to engage. The team at Snuggery takes care of him, from fetching him to and fro school, cleaning him up after dog runs, ensuring he gets his meals, taking and applying his meds. They would share updates with me and I'm also able to view what he's doing via CCTV live link. My furkid would come home each time well exhausted and happy. Sometimes he even refuse to leave the school bus 😅. Thanks team Snuggery for taking care and loving my pup

Ella loves going to Snuggery and has her own special clique of friends that she plays with every Monday. It's lovely to see the extra mile Snuggery goes to in hosting special events like Christmas and Valentine. The keepsakes from these events will always be treasured by me.

Caramel enjoys going to school very much! Just the mention of “school” she gets excited. Many activities conducted by the school and it’s so much fun! Picture shows her at the school’s Christmas event. Love the communication with the staff too. They are always prompt. Thank you Team Snuggery!

I started sending my dog, Brixton to the snuggery after seeing how well-socialised my neighbour's puppy is. I like that there was a trial assessment to see if Brixton would be under stress being in a daycare for the first time before we signed up. The place is well-managed, clean & there is webcam access to check up on your dog any time you want! Even though Brixton was initially a little anxious, he slowly warmed up and really enjoyed the pack walk and outdoor play with the other dogs. The handlers are also trained to make sure all play times are monitored. They're transparent about what happens and how they deal with bad behaviour. Overall, I feel confident that they'll take good care of Brixton! They also take awesome videos of outings! Thank you, the Snuggery Team! :)

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does "The Snuggery" charge?

The Snuggery displays a mid-range pricing indicator ($$), but specific session rates are not publicly listed. In Singapore, pet training fees typically vary by session type — individual obedience sessions, group classes, and behavioural rehabilitation programmes are each priced differently. Trainers may also apply surcharges based on dog size or breed, and add-ons such as in-home training visits or follow-up consultations are usually charged separately. Transport fees may apply if the trainer travels to your location. Contact The Snuggery directly via WhatsApp or phone to request a full fee breakdown before committing. What vaccinations does "The Snuggery" require?

Most professional pet trainers in Singapore require dogs to be current on their DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) combination vaccine and rabies vaccination, typically within the past 12 months. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is also commonly required, particularly where dogs will be working in proximity to other animals during group sessions. For cats, FVRCP vaccination is the standard expectation. Bring physical or digital proof of your pet's vaccination history to your first session. If your pet's records are not current, consult your vet before enrolling. Confirm The Snuggery's specific requirements when you make your initial enquiry, as policies can vary between providers.

Is "The Snuggery" licensed and insured?

The Snuggery is verified by KakiList, meaning a team member has confirmed the provider's operating details and contact channels. It is not listed as ACRA-registered based on current data, and no specific regulatory licences are recorded on this listing. In Singapore, the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) under NParks governs licensing requirements primarily for boarding and grooming establishments; pet training providers are not subject to the same mandatory AVS licensing, though reputable trainers often hold professional certifications. Ask The Snuggery directly about their trainer's qualifications, any professional body membership, and whether they carry public liability or pet insurance coverage for incidents during sessions. Visit the facility or training venue, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
