About The Wedding Entourage
The Wedding Entourage is a wedding services provider operating islandwide from its Pasir Panjang office. It is verified by KakiList and holds a 4.8/5 rating across 21 Google reviews — a moderate sample that suggests consistent client satisfaction, though prospective couples should read the reviews in full. Pricing sits at the mid-range tier; specific package costs should be requested directly as they vary by scope and date.
Engaging a wedding vendor typically begins with an enquiry by WhatsApp, phone, or the online form, sharing your event date, venue, and a rough sense of scope and headcount. From there, expect a consultation to discuss the wedding style — ROM solemnisation, church or temple ceremony, or banquet — alongside any dialect-group customs such as Hokkien or Cantonese gatecrash games, a tea ceremony, or Indian or Malay rite specifics. Confirm the package inclusions and what is priced à la carte, the deposit required on signing (industry standard is 30–50%), the balance payment schedule, deliverables timeline, and whether a site recce is included. Ask about wet-weather contingency for outdoor portions and whether public liability insurance is in place, particularly if the setup spans an HDB void deck or condo function room.
Contact The Wedding Entourage via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to check availability for your date and request a detailed package proposal before paying any deposit.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
We made the best decision engaging the Wedding Entourage to help plan and bring to life our Beauty and the Beast and Enchanted Fairytale Wedding at the Grand Hyatt. Our wedding planners were Pei Yen and Yong Jing who have the most amazing patience while dealing with our crazy ideas and talents in handling the hotel, vendors and difficult family members lol. Their team are so well coordinated and they can really work under stress but we see the love they have for their work and how much they love it! We are truly blessed to work with them and we highly recommend this amazing and fantastic team! Thank you Pei Yen and Yong Jing and team! Keep up the amazing and lovely work and all the best in your future endearvours! Thank you for giving us our Beautiful and Fun Wedding experience!
Right from the first meeting with Caroline, Peiyen and Yong Jing, my wife and I were impressed with their portfolio, and left the meeting with a strong feeling that we would like to work with TWE for our wedding planning. They had showcased to us their expertise in introducing personalized details to the weddings they took on, so that each wedding experience was unique and a good reflection of the wedding couple. This client-centric approach highly resonated with us. Given our busy work schedules and myriad of ideas for the wedding, TWE was instrumental in helping to make our various wedding concepts a reality. Whether it is doing photoshoots on an offshore island, at a spin studio, and at our favorite cafe, to finally transforming our wedding venue into a Tuscan Garden-inspired setup, all of these would not have been possible without the expertise, network and professionalism of the TWE team, especially considering the numerous vendors and third parties to coordinate with. In the past year, even months after the wedding, we still have family and friends giving us positive comments about the banquet experience, which is testament to the wonderful job done by the team. Thank you Caroline, Peiyen and Yong Jing for helping to make our wedding process a largely stress-free and memorable experience, and partnering with us to realise our dream wedding celebration. We will highly recommend TWE for anyone looking to engage a professional wedding planner.
Pei Yen and Caroline worked with our nonsensical ideas to give us the coolest and quirkiest wedding we could ask for - beer cans for vases, a stacked donut cake, and a soju bomb train were just some of the theatrics they planned for our big day. They are incredibly fun-loving and imaginative professionals and every interaction with them was enjoyable. They pushed us to explore and think deeply about what we truly wanted for our big day. Despite our tight budgets, they were always suggesting creative solutions and found workarounds so that we didn’t have to sacrifice on our vision. We held our wedding in an offsite event venue that only provided the space, which meant that we had to engage external vendors for everything including food, drinks, decorations, furniture. The team went out of the way to take care of everything from planning, designing, to liaising with vendors. They became our pillar support through all the challenges that came along the way and made sure that everything went smoothly, and we did not have to worry about a single thing. With their creativity, experience, and established connections, TWE brought to live a wedding concept that was far surpassed what we conceived at the start. It was a dream come true and we enjoyed every moment of it together with our closest friends and family. TWE is known by most for their ability to create grand ballroom wedding experiences, but we highly recommend TWE to those looking for a small/cosy, unique, and quirky event as well.
Engaging The Wedding Entourage as our wedding planner was the best decision we made as a couple for a stress-free journey. TWE is very responsive and professional throughout the whole process. Their recommendations were always given with our comfort in mind. What I especially liked about the team is their ability to provide personalized touches to our wedding via various details throughout the ceremony. This made our wedding uniquely ours which the guests took notice of as well. The feedback from all our guests was that the wedding went extremely smoothly and TWE had many praises from our satisfied guests! Definitely recommended to engage them :)
Working with The Wedding Entourage was a largely positive experience, and we truly appreciated many aspects of their service. One of the standout qualities was their attention to detail — they were consistently thoughtful about the small things that made a big difference. From the placement of florals and printing of signages to the timing of music cues, I felt like they genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life in a polished and personalized way. On the day of the wedding, I was able to relax and actually enjoy the moment, which says a lot about how smoothly things were handled behind the scenes. They helped create a calm atmosphere, and I’m grateful for how they managed potential stress points so gracefully. We especially valued the creative touches and the team's commitment to bringing our vision to life. From the décor to the flow of the day, their eye for detail added a thoughtful layer of polish that our guests noticed and complimented. Every wedding planning process comes with its unique dynamics, and while there were a few moments where things could have been clearer or more streamlined, we understand how many moving parts go into an event of this scale. These weren't major issues, but they're worth noting for anyone who likes to be very hands-on or detail-oriented themselves like myself. In the end, what mattered most was how everything came together on the day — and for that, we’re thankful. Overall, we would recommend Yong Jing — especially for couples who value open communication and responsiveness, creative touches, calm energy, aesthetic sensibility, and dedication to creating a beautiful experience. If I had to do it all over again, I would want a wedding planner / coordinator so that we can truly immerse ourselves in the small moments of the day (and even weeks leading up to the wedding) with family and friends.

Wedding services packages vary considerably by scope. In the Singapore market, full-day wedding photography runs S$2,500–6,000+, full-day videography S$3,000–8,000+, and full wedding planning (excluding venue and food and beverage) S$5,000–25,000+. Decor and floral installations typically fall in the S$300–1,500 range per component, while entertainment such as a DJ, live band, or emcee costs S$600–3,000+ for a standard event slot. Expect to pay a deposit of 30–50% on signing to secure your date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm what the deposit covers — planning hours, design consultations, mock-ups, or recces — and get the full deliverables list, hours of coverage, and travel charge for non-central venues in writing. GST should be itemised separately. See the full Wedding Services cost guide for Singapore →
For wedding vendors, six to twelve months ahead is the standard lead time — popular photographers, planners, and decor specialists book out quickly, and peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November fill earliest. If your preferred date falls in these windows, enquire as soon as your venue is confirmed. Confirm that your date is formally secured only once a signed contract and deposit are in place — verbal holds are not binding. Ask about the rescheduling policy if a force-majeure event, adverse weather for an outdoor portion, or a public-health restriction requires a change of date. Most reputable vendors allow rescheduling within a defined window without forfeiting the deposit.
The Singapore industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing to hold the date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the wedding. The deposit typically covers the date lock, initial planning and consultation hours, any design mock-ups or recces included in the scope, and the vendor's commitment not to take another booking for that slot. Deposits are generally non-refundable but transferable to a future date in most contracts — confirm this explicitly before signing. Ask what happens if you need to postpone versus cancel outright, and whether a rescheduling fee applies. Also confirm public liability insurance coverage, particularly if any portion of the setup takes place at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel venue that may require a copy of the certificate.
