We were recommended by our friends to engage Joshua for our new BTO renovation, and it turned out to be a great decision. We had the pleasure of working with Joshua and Chase for our project, and we would highly recommend them and Wooden Platform. They were very responsive throughout the entire renovation, even when we texted them late in the evening. We absolutely loved our tiles and entryway, and the tiling workmanship was done really well. Joshua and Chase also took the time to walk us through the renovation and carpentry plans in detail, which gave us a lot of reassurance. Overall, we didn’t spot any major defects. There were some minor rectifications and clarifications needed during the project, but their team addressed them promptly. Their project management was also very well handled. We received regular updates and videos via WhatsApp whenever major works were completed. The renovation was completed on time, exactly as planned and communicated. We also had to travel during the renovation period, and the carpentry works were done while we were away. We left our house to them, in their good hands.
