Families interested in enrolling a child should enquire about level and age-group fit, as gymnastics programmes typically span recreational, developmental, and competitive streams. It is worth asking whether the school offers a trial class before committing to a term, whether sessions run in groups or on a one-to-one basis, and how the syllabus is structured across skill levels. The Jurong East location at Science Centre Road is accessible by public transport, so confirming class schedules and available slots before the intended start date will help plan around school and activity commitments.
To take the next step, reach out to The Yard Gymnastics via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form on their listing to ask about age-appropriate class placement, session frequency, and term fees before registering.
Take the trial class and confirm the coach's actual credentials before committing to a term.
My kid had a few classes at The Yard, and so far she loves it! Very cozy set up, good facilities, and great place for kids to learn some fun skills. The coaches are very warm and experienced. Very pleased with the place overall and my kid is always eager to go back.
Great place for gymnastics! My daughter does competitive gymnastics at Dover SPGG. Great experienced coaches and has a complete set of gymnastics apparatus. My daughter and her competition friends love it. It is located within SPGG, where there are restaurants and coffee shops for those who want to wait while class is in session.
Is a fun indoor kid-friendly venue to make every kids’ birthday dreams come true. The event coordinators have taken care of the birthday party activities, decorative setup and games which help to take a load off our shoulders. 🎂💕👏🎊🎉 All kids have enjoyed the party to the fullest, filled with excitement, joy and laughter. The great memories of the cherished moments shared together are priceless.
My kid loves the space. The place is big and spacious to accommodate. The environment is nice too. The good thing is there are eateries. So while waiting for my kids to finish class, I can have a meal.
Really pleased with the gym and facilities- it’s bright, fresh and they run multiple programmes for us to choose from. We can see our son progress and go on to the next levels which is really encouraging. Personally he loves their holiday camps, it’s something he looks forward to when school breaks come around. Most importantly I feel at ease dropping him off there knowing the coaches and staff truly care for the children and ensure their well being. Kudos to the admin and management team for always doing their best in communicating and engaging parents. Looking forward to the upcoming Xmas show!

The Yard Gymnastics displays a mid-range price indicator ($$), but specific per-session or monthly fees are not published in the listing. Gymnastics schools in Singapore typically structure fees as monthly packages or term enrolments rather than individual session rates, with group classes generally ranging from S$80 to S$200 per month depending on frequency and class size. When enquiring, ask about the full cost picture: registration or enrolment fees, any materials or equipment charges, and whether a trial class is available and at what cost. Sibling discounts or multi-class packages may also apply. See the full Sport & Swimming Schools cost guide for Singapore →
Many gymnastics schools in Singapore offer a trial class — sometimes at a reduced fee — before a term commitment is required. A trial session is a practical way to assess whether the class level is appropriate for your child's age and current ability, and to observe the teaching style and how the coach manages the group. During a trial, look for clear instruction, an emphasis on safety and progression, and whether your child is engaged and comfortable. Ask the coach how they assess readiness to advance between levels. Contact The Yard Gymnastics directly via WhatsApp or phone to confirm their trial class policy and cost before visiting.
Specific coach credentials are not listed in the provider data available on KakiList. For a gymnastics school, relevant qualifications to look for include certification from the Singapore Gymnastics national body, coaching accreditation from SportSG or an internationally recognised gymnastics federation, and demonstrated experience working with children across recreational and competitive levels. It is also reasonable to ask how long individual coaches have been teaching and whether the school follows a recognised skills progression framework. We recommend asking The Yard Gymnastics directly about coach qualifications and years of experience before enrolling your child in a programme.
