We came in feeling quite worried as our dog has suspected hip dysplasia, but from the moment we stepped in, we felt so supported and reassured. The team was incredibly warm, patient, and genuinely caring - not just towards our dog, but towards us as well! They took time to teach us massages and exercises to do at home, making sure we understood everything properly. What truly touched us was how supportive they continue to be even after the session. They reply to every question so readily and happily, often with very detailed, thoughtful answers, and they even allow us to send videos to check if we’re doing the exercises and massages correctly! :) You can really feel that they go the extra mile because they truly care. It means so much to have such kind guidance when you’re anxious about your pet’s health. We’re really grateful to have found them, and we’ll definitely continue our sessions here. Highly recommend to anyone whose doggy needs physio support! Very friendly and kind team, and worth every bit! :)

Review for Ian - Exceptional Dog Physio My dog Bentley, who turns 11 in April 2025, was in terrible pain due to multiple slipped discs. Even barking would make him wince, and it was heartbreaking to see him in that state. Ian worked wonders with laser therapy and dry needling, combined with 10 days of rest. The transformation was incredible—Bentley was soon flying up and down the sofa like his old self again! To ensure his long-term comfort, we now see Ian every two weeks for laser therapy and physio exercises. His expertise and care have made such a difference in Bentley’s quality of life. We’re also excited to join Ian’s hydrotherapy workshop soon to keep Bentley active and pain-free. Ian is truly exceptional, and I can’t recommend his services enough!

Afraid of him experiencing early onset hip dysplasia, the doctor talked us through some treatments, and we decided to go with Physiotherapy. After 3 sessions of laser and hydrotherapy, Mooch’s hind quarters have made remarkable improvement. He’s more energetic and is a pup all over again. They recommended some exercises for Chocolate to strengthen his hind legs.
