About ThinkersBox
ThinkersBox is a tuition centre operating islandwide from its premises at 420 North Bridge Road, North Bridge Centre, Singapore 188727. It is KakiList verified and ACRA registered, and holds a Google rating of 4.9 out of 5 across 73 reviews — a moderate sample that gives reasonable confidence in the signal. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range ($$) tier, though specific per-session or monthly fees are not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly with the centre.
When reaching out to ThinkersBox, it helps to have a few details ready: the student's current level and the subject or syllabus in question (for instance, MOE primary, secondary, or junior college; or an international curriculum such as IGCSE or IB). Clarify whether you are looking for group tuition or one-to-one sessions, and ask whether classes are conducted in-person at the North Bridge Road centre or online. Enquire about term commitment and whether a trial class is available before signing up for a full term. If the centre offers a trial, use it to assess teaching style, the pace of the class, and whether the level of instruction is well matched to your child.
To take the next step, reach out to ThinkersBox via WhatsApp, phone, or the contact form listed on their profile. Ask specifically about current availability for your child's level, session frequency, and fees, so you can compare options before making a term commitment.
Take the trial class and confirm the tutor's actual credentials before committing to a term.
Josh joined ThinkersBox in Primary 3 with noticeable challenges in several core cognitive areas. While he was naturally strong in visual skills, he struggled more with left-brain functions such as sequencing, processing and memory for symbols and language. Over the months, ThinkersBox helped him strengthen both the “left-brain” abilities (logic, sequencing, reasoning, memory and processing) and the “right-brain” abilities (visualisation, attention control, spatial skills and observation). By balancing both hemispheres, rather than allowing him to rely too heavily on one side, ThinkersBox made his learning much smoother, more efficient and far less frustrating. These improvements show up daily in his schoolwork and overall confidence. Most importantly, we saw a happier, more assured boy who now feels capable, especially in subjects that used to overwhelm him. Unlike traditional tuition, ThinkersBox focuses on holistic cognitive development instead of academic drilling, addressing both logical and visual learning pathways that many children depend on unevenly. We are deeply grateful to ThinkersBox for understanding Josh’s cognitive profile and helping him build the foundational skills he truly needed for long-term learning success.
My girl joined when she was P3 and has completed the 6 months course. I can notice the difference in her confidence level and the ability to interpret and process information. She liked the teachers, the fun vibe in classroom and was looking forward to attend the lessons. No regrets in making the choice to bring her to Thinkersbox to develop these lifelong skills despite the long journey travelling to the centre.
My child enjoys the lessons and is always looking forward to class. The facilitators are professional. My child had focus issue. Her overall ability improved after a 6 months course. Reading skills improved significantly. I would advise parents to start the child early and not wait and hope the child will improve as they mature. :)
Both of my children attended Thinkerbox, first one in 2020 and my second one this year. The course strengthened those area of lacking towards focus, listening skills and identified individuals’ weaker motor skills as well. Strongly recommended!
We’ve seen such a positive transformation in our child since joining these brain development classes. The focus on memory, attention, and interactive thinking activities has truly made a difference. These essential skills have made for a more engaged and self-assured learner, ready to take on challenges with curiosity and enthusiasm. We couldn’t be more grateful to ThinkersBox for this enriching program—it’s given our child a strong foundation for lifelong learning!

ThinkersBox has not published a specific per-session rate on its listing, so fees should be confirmed directly with the centre. As a general guide, tuition centres in Singapore typically charge between S$30 and S$80 per session for group classes, and S$60 to S$150 or more per session for one-to-one tuition, depending on the subject, level, and tutor's background. Ask whether fees are structured per session, as a monthly package, or on a per-term basis. Check whether a trial class carries a separate fee, and whether there are additional costs for materials or workbooks. Some centres offer sibling discounts or package rates for multiple sessions per week. See the full Tuition Centres cost guide for Singapore →
Many tuition centres in Singapore offer a trial class — sometimes free, sometimes charged at the standard session rate — before asking families to commit to a term. Contact ThinkersBox directly to confirm whether a trial is available and what it costs. During the trial, pay attention to whether the content matches your child's current school syllabus, whether the pace is appropriate, and how the tutor engages with students. A well-matched class should feel neither too easy nor overwhelming. Group class sizes also matter: smaller groups generally allow more individual attention. If the trial feels off in terms of level or teaching style, it is reasonable to ask whether a different class or tutor might be a better fit before committing to a full term.
Tutor credentials are not listed publicly for ThinkersBox, so it is worth asking directly before enrolling. Key questions to raise include whether tutors hold a degree in the relevant subject, whether any have NIE (National Institute of Education) training or prior MOE teaching experience, and how many years they have been teaching at this level. Also confirm which syllabus or curriculum the tutor is familiar with — MOE PSLE, O-Level, A-Level, IGCSE, IB, or others — as alignment with your child's school curriculum is important for targeted exam preparation. If ThinkersBox is unable to provide this information clearly, treat it as a factor in your decision and consider requesting a trial class to assess teaching quality firsthand.
