The worst service I have ever met in Singapore. Pls never find this company if you want to smooth and pleasant renovation project. Below are few points I found really annoying and ridiculous. Btw my one was done by Valeri*. Also please avoid her when u selecting ID… 1. Late of finishing. The original confirmed date was to finish by end of Dec 2021. And they are so “nice” to extend the services until early of March 2022. I have to pay additional two more month rent due to the delay of project. And there is no good reason to explain. 2. No update of progress. Do not ever expect the ID to update you any progress. You have to keep chase them for update and even if they agree to send some photo to you, it may just ended up like they forgot to take. So u will never get to know how is your house looks like. 3. Very annoying communication. The ID never get your point on how to do things even if you have communicated to them multiple times. And they just tell their contractor to do whatever they want. End up need to redo a lot of things. 4. Unprofessional people. I really don’t know what are the people they recruited. Right after finishing painting the wall, the second group of people come to install the cabinet will just ruin the wall. Make it dirty everywhere. And the people come never take care of your furnitures. 5. Worst project management. I don’t know what is money I paid for. Ended up I need to ask and follow up everything and keep pushing on the project and ask for status. Why this company can still survive in Singapore? And home reno or Thomson reno are the same. Do avoid if u see this comment.
