About Thomson Wedding Collection
Thomson Wedding Collection is a wedding services provider based at Tanjong Pagar, offering islandwide coverage across Singapore. The listing has been verified by KakiList, and the provider holds a strong rating of 4.8 out of 5 from 555 Google reviews — a robust sample that carries meaningful weight. Pricing sits in the mid-range band ($$) and is structured on a package basis, which is standard for wedding vendors.
Families planning a wedding typically begin by contacting Thomson Wedding Collection via phone or enquiry form to confirm date availability and discuss the scope of services required — whether that covers ROM solemnisation, a banquet reception, tea ceremony coordination, or a combination. It is worth clarifying which dialect-group or religious customs apply (for example, Hokkien or Cantonese gatecrash games, or Indian and Malay rite specifics), as these shape the package structure and timeline considerably. Once the scope is agreed, a deposit of typically 30 to 50 per cent is collected on signing to secure the date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. A site recce at the intended venue is standard practice before confirming logistics, and couples should confirm the wet-weather or backup contingency if any portion of the event involves outdoor settings.
To take the next step, contact Thomson Wedding Collection directly by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing to check availability for your event date and request a full package breakdown in writing.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
We had an amazing experience here at TWC and our stylist was zart and he was really good at what he does! From the very beginning he had such an eye for detail and he is able to say what looks good on you and even when it doesn’t look good he will be honest to say it instead of trying to upsell smth that’s not nice on you! He gave such great advice like how to walk in heels and stand and most importantly he was super patient. He let me spend almost an entire day picking out my gowns and helping me try them on!! And also when it came time for PWS he helped us pick a really good photographer called “haha” who would be able to vibe with us. Cuz of that we had so much fun during our pws when we worked with him. And also makeup, I was really worried about makeup done for darker skin tones. But even that Zart was able to find a mua “Ana” who was able to do really nice and natural looking makeup for Indian skin tone. And she did such an amazing job as well for both pws and AD and she was super easy to get along with and we both enjoyed having her as our mua. And also throughout our entire journey over the past one year with Zart he was always funny and caring and detailed and he always reachable whenever we needed him. It was a pleasure working with Zart and thank you for making this wedding journey such a memorable and fun one for us:)🙆♀️
I had such a great experience with Zart from Thomson Wedding Collection! 😊 As someone petite and leaning toward simple Korean-style gowns, I was a little nervous about finding dresses that fit my vibe and frame — but Zart made it so easy. He was super friendly, patient, and and he gives suggestions that actually worked for me. The selection at Thomson Wedding Collection is amazing, and Zart helped me navigate all the options without any pressure. I loved how he picked pieces that were simple, elegant, and perfect for a petite frame — no overwhelming frills. Trying on gowns felt fun and relaxed, not stressful at all! He made the whole experience enjoyable, and I left feeling confident and happy with my choices! 💕
We got two international bridal gowns and two men’s suits from TWC, and the whole process was pretty smooth with Zart's assistance. He has a great eye for design and gives genuinely honest advice... not just trying to sell you something, but really helping you figure out what works and what doesn’t. We really appreciated that.
Fantastic service by Zart, just trust him and leave him to recommend you a few gowns to try. My husband and I both looked amazing and received so many compliments on the wedding gowns and suit. Return process was fuss free as well. Really recommend!
TWC have the best Wedding Gown in singapore. A lot of choice no matter is local design or international brand! Zart is so good! He put in a lot of effort to serve me and help me on my last minute request! And make me super pretty on my big day. Don’t think too much! Look for TWC if you need wedding gown. This the best place for you. 👍👍👍

Thomson Wedding Collection prices services on a package basis, which is standard for wedding vendors in Singapore. Depending on the scope, typical market benchmarks include full-day wedding photography at S$2,500–6,000+, full-day videography at S$3,000–8,000+, and full event planning (excluding venue and food and beverage) at S$5,000–25,000+. Floral and décor packages vary considerably by scale. The quoted package price should be reviewed carefully to understand what is included: hours of coverage, number of deliverables, travel charges for non-central venues, and the deposit and balance payment schedule. Confirm in writing whether GST applies and whether any add-ons — such as extra editing hours, album upgrades, or additional personnel — are billed separately. For wedding services, a lead time of 6 to 12 months is strongly advisable. Peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November book out earliest, and in-demand wedding vendors across photography, planning, and décor frequently have no availability for popular dates beyond that window. Once you have a shortlisted date and venue, confirm availability with Thomson Wedding Collection promptly — a deposit is typically what holds the date. Ask whether the booking is transferable to a different date if circumstances change, and clarify the rescheduling policy in writing at the time of signing rather than after a problem arises. For couples with a fixed ROM or banquet date already confirmed, starting the vendor conversation immediately is the safest approach regardless of how far out the date falls.
The Singapore industry standard for wedding vendors is a non-refundable deposit of 30 to 50 per cent on signing, which secures the date and typically covers the initial planning or consultation hours. The remaining balance is usually due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing exactly what the deposit covers — date hold, preliminary design or planning work, tastings or mock-ups where applicable — and what happens to it if you cancel or postpone. Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date at the vendor's discretion. Ask explicitly about the rescheduling policy in the event of a force-majeure situation such as a public-health restriction. Also ask about public liability insurance, particularly if the setup involves an HDB void deck, condominium function room, or hotel venue where the venue management may require a copy of the insurance certificate before permitting access.
