About Thrive Healthcare

About Thrive Healthcare

Thrive Healthcare is a home nursing provider serving families islandwide from its base at 331 New Bridge Rd, Singapore. The listing is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered, and carries a 5/5 rating across 20 Google reviews — a borderline sample size, so treat the rating as encouraging but not yet definitive. Pricing follows an hourly model in the mid-range band ($$).

Engaging a home nursing service typically begins with a care assessment covering the elder's mobility, medical diagnoses, medication management needs, and any wound or post-operative care requirements. Families should consider how many hours of nursing cover are needed each week, whether visit-based care suffices or a more intensive live-in arrangement is required, and which family members will be the primary decision-makers in the care plan. A trial period is advisable before committing to a longer arrangement, and the care plan, visit schedule, and hourly rate should be confirmed in writing from the outset.

To take the next step, reach out to Thrive Healthcare via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to request a care assessment and obtain a written quote tailored to your elder's specific nursing and medical needs.

Jaclyn is really fun to work with and she really knows her stuff. Its not only a good rehab journey but also informative as she shared tips on how to work on my own beyond these sessions. PS. Dun accept the coconut candies if she offer them. You can be sure of a seriously hard time if you eat those candies. PPS. Need bigger cuffs.

After learning that I'm osteoporotic, and also due to the pain in my knee and wrist, I stopped attending my strength training classes. I was afraid of breaking a bone or that the pain in my knee and pain might worsen. When I came to Thrive Healthcare, Kylie taught me exercises to stengthen my bones and muscles. She encouraged me to resume going for my strength training classes and also not to be afraid of lifting heavier weights as I'm stronger than I think. With her encouragement and guidance, I became stronger and more confident of myself. I've resumed strength training and will also start on the home exercise programme that she has prepared for me.

I sprained my knee back from tennis in May 2024 and it didn’t heal like what the doctor said and my friend recommended me to Thrive. I started working with Lenis in Jul 2024 to strengthen so I could climb Mount KK in early Aug 2024. Subsequently I managed to get back to tennis after working on strengthening, agility and speed with Lenis. Totally recommend Lenis if you have a sports injury or is keen to recover from an injury and get back into sports. She helps me to understand my body better, spot symptoms and be more conscious (physically and mentally) as we work together to reduce the zone where discomfort may still be felt. It also helps that Thrive is located in a gym so we can try the sports equipments! It’s an Outram MRT so very convenient too. Thank you!

After incurring a knee injury from volleyball, I engaged Lenis through a referral for physiotherapy consultation; I've since recovered well and am 100% back to my sport. Lenis has been very professional, sharing knowledge about injury recover, prevention, workout planning, etc. and has been instrumental in my recovery journey especially via rehabilitation and exercise planning. Highly recommend dropping in for a consult with Lenis if you've any sports-related injury or just want to develop a comprehensive /personalized plan for injury prevention or performance improvement. Thanks Lenis!

I had a neck muscle strain and went to Lenis for a session. She is very knowledgeable and helped me to release some of my muscle tension through specific exercises, and recommended a set of exercises for me to do at home. Very happy with the visit!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Thrive Healthcare charge?

Thrive Healthcare uses an hourly pricing model, displayed at the mid-range ($$) band. Singapore market rates for professional home nursing typically run from S$25–50 per hour for a healthcare assistant up to S$60–120 per hour for a registered nurse, depending on qualifications and the complexity of care required. Confirm the full cost picture in writing before committing: ask whether the quoted rate covers public holiday surcharges, after-hours visits, transport, consumables such as wound dressings or catheter supplies, and whether GST applies. Some agencies also charge a separate coordination or case management fee on top of the nursing rate. See the full eldercare cost guide for Singapore →

Live-in or visit-based — which does Thrive Healthcare offer?

Thrive Healthcare's listing describes home nursing on an hourly basis, which is consistent with visit-based rather than live-in care. Visit-based nursing is well suited to elders who need regular clinical interventions — wound care, medication administration, post-discharge monitoring — without requiring round-the-clock supervision. Visits can typically be scheduled daily or several times a week, with duration adjusted to the care plan. If your family's situation changes and live-in or extended-hour cover becomes necessary, raise this directly with Thrive Healthcare to understand what arrangements they can accommodate. A short trial period of two to four weeks is a sensible way to assess whether the visiting schedule and the assigned nurse are a good fit before agreeing to an ongoing arrangement.

Is the caregiver trained and insured?

For home nursing services in Singapore, clinical staff should hold recognised qualifications — registered nurses are licensed under the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB), while healthcare assistants should have completed an accredited training programme. Providers delivering clinical home care services are expected to be registered with the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) or the Ministry of Health (MOH); Thrive Healthcare's listed licences do not currently include AIC or MOH registration, so families should ask directly about the regulatory status and the qualifications of the nurses assigned to their care plan. Also confirm whether the provider carries professional indemnity insurance and public liability coverage in the event of a clinical incident or injury at the client's home. Insist on seeing the care plan, nurse credentials, and insurance details in writing before care commences.
