About Tian Wei Signature

About Tian Wei Signature

Tian Wei Signature is a confinement nanny agency based in Tagore Lane, Singapore, providing islandwide coverage. The listing is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered. It carries a 4.7/5 rating across 1,619 Google reviews — a robust sample that provides a reliable signal of service quality. Pricing is positioned in the mid-to-upper range ($$) on a package basis, consistent with agency-sourced confinement nannies in Singapore.

The typical engagement begins with an enquiry via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form, ideally four to six months before the estimated due date — earlier for popular nannies, as demand peaks around the Lunar New Year and year-end periods. During the consultation, parents can discuss the standard 28-day package or a longer 56-day arrangement, overnight care, baby-bathing support, and food preferences including herbal soups and dietary traditions. The agency matches a nanny to the family's profile; it is worth arranging a pre-booking interview to confirm communication style, experience with newborns (including any NICU or multiple-birth experience), and preferred confinement cuisine before committing.

To take the next step, reach out to Tian Wei Signature via WhatsApp or the contact form on their website to check nanny availability for your estimated delivery month and to request an interview with a matched candidate.

The meals are thoughtfully prepared for postpartum recovery, and I appreciate that they’re breastfeeding-friendly without feeling overly “medicinal”. What I enjoyed most is the balance between traditional confinement dishes and fusion meals, which keeps things interesting even when eating confinement food daily. The herbal soups are reviewed by Ma Kuang TCM, so it gives extra peace of mind. The meals are also customisable based on individual needs, and the flexibility to skip meals when necessary makes it super convenient. During this festive season, there're some makan sessions so I opted to skip some day's deliveries and they will just continue with the next day's menu. It can be easily done via WhatsApp before 3pm the day before. Super convenient to arrange with them. The food generally taste good, I will order from them again next time

2nd week onwards The veg i receive is always cooked the same way but just with different type of veg. The meats most of the time have the chicken/pork/fish smell almost everyday taste the same my wife don't have appetite to eat for most meals. When feedback to them on whatsapp " understand your feedback" "will feed back to our kitchen on this" and ask if we want to remove this food for future meals. When we receive the food the taste is like different from the baby fair and photo look different from the reviews i see. The soup also taste the same everyday not much different.

Variety is great! The soup and red date tea comes warm and tasty so it really feels good drinking them. I like how timely their delivery is and also how friendly the delivery people are too. I only ordered for 7days so I’m not sure of the whole quality for 28days but I do think it’s quite worth the money. Saves time and hassle of cooking and still well fed!

Few years back the food was awesome so i reordered this time round but was a disappointment. Food taste was bad. Soup taste is worse. Does not have rich taste and using more salt to make it taste good but all the taste is just bland water with salt. Confinement food should be healthy but good serve all look like economic rice. Red date water is bland. Protein wise was worse, i am served with chicken bone and not much meat. Attached photo is the worse , uncooked chicken meat and CS check with kitchen they still can say is frozen meat that is oxide that is why the meat is red. Pls look carefully is uncooked or oxide. It feels so raw and the meat serve is all bones.

Overall good order. Reco. Time saver. Energy saver. Good customer service. Ordered 28days of Tian Wei with other service package in Mummy’s Market on Jan 16, started on Jan 24, now ending in 3 days. Save time and energy to think/order/cook nutritious food during confinement period. Good portion of protein and veg. A bit too much of carbs for me. A bit sian to eat 2 meals everyday after 10 days as my family is also cooking… Later I asked 8 days with only Lunch. Ordered a trial in Dec, and it was very salty for every dish. I was shocked that such salty food is for confinement mums… Requested LESS SALT & LESS OIL. The salesperson called the company for me to confirm if my request can be made — Less salt can; less oil some can some cannot. Indeed ~95% of the food was not salty or oily and Soup generally not oily. Not sure what’s the food would be like if no special request. But I’m satisfied with the service on that aspect. WhatsApp customer service has been replying timely, even online during Public Holidays, not mentioning weekends. Always reply timely. Always very flexible with the delivery change as long as one day before 3pm. Appreciate such service for moms as things may happen anytime.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Tian Wei Signature charge for confinement?

Confinement nanny packages in Singapore typically run from S$3,500 to S$6,500 for a standard 28-day engagement, with longer 56-day arrangements priced higher. Tian Wei Signature operates on a package model ($$), so confirm the exact figure directly, as pricing can vary by nanny seniority and experience level. Check what is included in the package: overnight care and daytime hours, baby bathing and care, the mother's recovery support, and whether herbal soups and confinement meals are part of the fee or billed separately. Some packages include cooking ingredients; others require the family to supply them. Clarify any surcharges for public holidays or additional overnight shifts beyond the standard scope. How far ahead should I book Tian Wei Signature?

Booking four to six months before your estimated due date is the minimum advisable lead time, and popular nannies with Tian Wei Signature may be reserved six to twelve months out — particularly around Lunar New Year and the June and December school-holiday clusters when demand clusters. Use the early booking window to conduct a proper interview with the matched nanny. Discuss food preferences and dietary tradition (for example, Cantonese herbal soups versus Hokkien or Teochew cooking styles), any dietary restrictions or allergies in the household, experience with caesarean recovery, and overnight expectations. Agreeing these specifics in writing before the booking is confirmed avoids misunderstandings after the baby arrives. If your preferred nanny is unavailable, ask about the agency's waitlist process and whether an alternative can be held on reservation.

Is the nanny trained and what happens if she is unsuitable?

Confinement nanny certification in Singapore is not regulated by a government authority — there is no equivalent of an ECDA or MOH licence for this role. Training credentials (such as certificates from private confinement training institutes) vary by nanny and are worth asking about directly during the interview stage. Relevant experience — number of confinements completed, familiarity with premature infants, or experience with twins — is often a more reliable indicator than certification alone. Because Tian Wei Signature operates as an agency rather than a freelance arrangement, there is a formal replacement mechanism if the placement proves unsuitable. Confirm the replacement window (typically within the first week to two weeks), what circumstances qualify for a replacement, and whether any additional fee applies. Agency placements generally offer more recourse than booking a freelance nanny directly, where disputes are harder to resolve if the arrangement breaks down mid-confinement.
