We boarded our cat Maru here while we were overseas, and since it was our first time leaving him at a boarding place, we were quite worried. Maru is very timid and shy, so we were especially concerned he might not eat in a new environment. But the team took great care of him and reassured us that he would be okay. They also sent us daily updates, which really gave us peace of mind while we were away. We were happy to hear that Maru even made a few new friends during his stay! Thank you Tiny Paw for the great hospitality and taking good care of our three kitties - Minnie, Mylo & Snowie - as it was their first time at a cat boarding. My cat was so satisfied with her hotel experience, that she didn't even want to come home when we picked her up 😂 The hotel staff provided frequent media updates (very pretty pics 😍) and allowed her to roam around the corridor at certain times of the day for play and exercise. It's good that there was a 24h CCTV system that allowed us a seamless and easy way to view our cat throughout her stay. At first my cat was wary, but she warmed up quickly and became her usual self, thanks to the staff's diligence! The premises are very clean and well kept, a water fountain is provided and feliway was plugged in to provide calm to the cats. We would definitely recommend Tiny Paw for its excellent service and reasonable pricing, I'm sure my cat would be glad to come back too.

It was our first time checking in our cat Neko, at Tiny Paw Cat Boarding Studio, and we’re really happy with the service! The team sent regular updates with photos, something we’ve never quite experienced before and truly appreciated. The added bonus is definitely the CCTV, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. We were recommended by a family member and have absolutely no regrets! Goji is a tiny cat, with short legs. And TinyPaw was one of the only cat boarding place (Premium Suite) that has a cat tree for her to climb and enjoy getting to the higher nooks. You can see from the pictures how much she enjoyed being there. Thank you Tiny Paw for caring for Goji and Shiro over the 12 nights or so. Good job!
