Fantastic experience at this centre all for one reason alone! Brought my family here following recommendations from people in the know. Family was treated by Dr Hamid for her knee. Thankfully, because of their large team expertise, they could also get an opinion from Dr Benjamin as well for her long standing elbow issue (this proved to be a true blessing). Really thankful to have access to a diverse and collaborative team of expert opinions that were transparent and honest. Thank you for helping my family Dr Hamid and Dr Ben, I really appreciate it!

Dr. Ben and his team have been nothing short of amazing during my knee surgery journey over the past seven months. This isn’t my first experience with such procedures, so I do have a baseline for comparison. And safe to say, my experience with Total Ortho has been exceptional. They were reassuring, encouraging, and incredibly patient, guiding me through the often-daunting maze of Singapore’s healthcare system. As for the surgery itself, the results speak volumes — the scars are so minimal that my ACL and meniscus surgery could easily be mistaken for a minor scratch. Now, nearly six months post-surgery, I’ve resumed my routine of daily yoga, even renewed my workout diet with a biweekly run. Thank you, Total Ortho!

The team at Total Orthopaedic has been nothing short of professional, helpful, and friendly. We first contacted Total Ortho to inquire about Dr. Benjamin Seah for my father’s injury. The staff promptly recorded my case and notified Dr. Ben, who took the time to call me personally and discuss my father’s situation. Although my father’s case was ultimately outside Dr. Ben’s scope, he went out of his way to make arrangements and connected us with another doctor who could assist and follow up with us. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and Dr. Ben was incredibly helpful despite not being able to take on our case. With such a positive experience in mind, when my mother needed to see a doctor for her trigger finger, we immediately thought of Dr. Ben. During her consultation, he consistently reassured us, addressed all our concerns, and assisted us to the best of his abilities—always going above and beyond. Dr Hamid was very professional, explained in details my mri findings/diagnosis. He was attentive to my queries, and outlined treatment plans/ wearing of braces to prevent injuries during the healing period. His front desk counter staff were polite and efficient.
