Avoid Adrian from Transglobe Interior. Our penthouse renovation turned very stressful due to poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and repeated safety issues. He charges a lot, talks a big game but then fails to deliver and becomes unresponsive once defects are discovered. Outdoor tiling was installed over timber decking, which led to termite infestation and widespread damage to internal wooden flooring. The master bedroom extension was not properly soundproofed, leaving us exposed to constant traffic noise for years. The project was abandoned midway and only resumed after formal notice was issued. Even after completion, serious defects continued to surface. Ceiling fixtures fell off on multiple occasions—both shortly after we moved in and again years later—creating a real risk of injury in a home with young children. When these issues were raised, responses were minimal or non-existent, and we were forced to spend significant time and money rectifying problems ourselves. This is not a minor snagging issue—these are fundamental failures in workmanship, execution, and responsibility. Proceed with extreme caution.
