When enquiring about a holiday camp, start by confirming the age range and theme fit for your child, as camp content and groupings typically vary by developmental stage. Ask whether the programme operates in a group format or includes any small-group or project-based learning elements, and clarify the daily schedule, drop-off and pick-up windows, and whether meals or snacks are provided. It is worth asking about the child-to-facilitator ratio and what happens if a child needs additional support during the session. Trehaus operates from Funan Mall, so confirm whether any satellite or partner venues are used for specific camps. Check the term commitment — most holiday camps are booked per school holiday block — and ask about the refund or deferment policy in case of illness.
To take the next step, reach out to Trehaus via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to check availability for the upcoming school holiday period and request the current programme schedule before securing a place.
Take the trial class and confirm the facilitator's actual credentials before committing to a term.
Hosted my daughter’s birthday party at Trehaus. It is a wonderful experience with the venue - the kids loved the playground. The whole place feels clean, cozy and bright. They even have a stage which is really great for magic show and cake cutting. A big shoutout to the staffs who were there during the event - they had been very helpful, and reacted fast with all my last min requests and helping me to look after the kids at the playground area. The before and after event customer service is great too, they would follow up and ensuring everything will turn out well for my event. I would really recommend them if you are looking for a place to host your event. This is the most satisfied venue which I ever had.
My daughter attended Trehaus Preschool from 18 months old until almost 4 years old, and it was truly the best experience as a first-time mom sending my child to school. The school offers very easy access for parents to check in at any time, and the level of transparency gave me so much peace of mind. They also send the cutest photos and videos daily, which made us feel connected to her day and reassured that she was happy and thriving. A special thank you to Mrs. Jaz and Lin Laushi — they are the best teachers I have ever met. Both are incredibly passionate, caring, and knowledgeable about early childhood education. The individual attention my daughter received was amazing, and it really showed in her confidence and love for learning. She absolutely loved going to school and still talks about it all the time. Thank you, Trehaus, for giving her such a beautiful first school experience.
Absolutely THE BEST school that our son has ever been in! We have been travelling a lot and we have enrolled him in different schools and we unanimously agree that Trehaus has been the best for him thus far! Our son usually cries a lot when he reaches a school and takes awhile to settle in, but Trehaus has been the only one that he hops off and runs in himself happily. The amazing curriculum is also unparalleled and we do wish there are more of them everywhere else! Especially in Australia where we live and we know that their holistic education will be greatly appreciated. One of the things we also notice that is every single one of the teachers here have a lot of love for the children. Their enthusiasm in their interaction with the kids and how they go above and beyond to ensure the kids are well taken care of for every little detail really shows through the happiness of the kids who are there. As a parent it is so important to know that our kids will be well taken care by teachers who TRULY care. The "open concept" of the co-working space right next to the classrooms with glass windows that allow us to peep at our kids and watch them during the day really sets us at ease knowing that they are in safe hands. Keep up the good work! Looking forward to seeing the expansion of Trehaus to touch many more lives!
I saw on Tiktok about the Trehaus and got curious about how do Crèche + Work thing. So we contacted them to do a tour on a weekend and my little boy likes the place. We signed up for the Crèche + Work pass. We did it just for a couple of days and cancelled it because of many circumstances. If not because of health reasons and coming to Australia, we were still doing the Crèche because we like the people, the service and the place.
Cozy cafe hidden at level 7 of funan. Drinks around $5+ and can use for entertainer app 1 for 1 deals. But the hochicha latte and Moroccan mint tea were not very nice to drink. Perhaps other drinks are better.

Trehaus is listed at a mid-range price point ($$), though specific per-session or per-camp fees are not published on this listing. Holiday camps in Singapore typically run on a per-day or per-block basis rather than a per-session rate, with half-day programmes commonly ranging from S$60–120 and full-day programmes from S$100–200 per day depending on content and materials included. When requesting a quote, ask whether the price covers materials and consumables, whether there is a sibling discount, and whether a deposit is required to secure the booking. Confirm the cancellation and deferment policy upfront, particularly for school holiday blocks. See the full holiday camps cost guide for Singapore →
Many holiday camp providers offer trial days or single-day sign-ups for first-time participants rather than requiring a full-block commitment upfront. It is worth asking Trehaus whether a single-day option is available before booking an entire holiday week, as this lets you assess how well the programme's pace, content, and facilitation style suit your child. During or after a trial session, consider whether the activities matched your child's age and interest level, whether the facilitators were responsive to individual needs, and whether the group size felt manageable. These factors are more reliable indicators of fit than marketing materials alone.
Specific facilitator credentials for Trehaus are not listed in the available data. For holiday camps, relevant backgrounds to ask about include early childhood education, teaching experience, and any specialist training in areas such as STEM, arts, or outdoor learning depending on the camp theme. It is reasonable to ask Trehaus directly about the qualifications and experience of the team leading each programme, as well as whether background checks are conducted for all staff. If syllabus alignment with MOE or an enrichment curriculum is relevant to you, confirm this when enquiring.
