👍Overall it was good. 👎Appoinment was for 9am but nothing really happened for a hour. 👍But things went quickly after that. 👎Personal at front desk when checking in were not friendly at all. 👍Accounts payment lady was friendly.

I arrived at 12:17 PM for my medical appointment for my work authorization, only to be told to return at 2:00 Pm. While it was initially disappointed and very frustrating, the outstanding service provided by a thoughtful Malay staff member( with head scarf) saved the experience. Her 'good gesture' of taking my BP and asking the doctor to see me immediately was a clear example of the thoughtful healthcare and excellent customer service (rendered by her and the doctor) that is truly needed. Awesome doctor and awesome empathetic nursing/staff malay lady. I owe her a lot.
