Let me say this with complete honesty and clear cut view so that anyone who wished to see this clinic have an idea what you are getting. Let's start with the environment, as per what others pointed out, your first visit can be intimidating as the patients based majority, clinic staffs and of cause even the doctors themselves are Indians. Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong about this, as per what I typed initially, this review aimed to provide a very clear expectation for all to see. Therefore this will just be your first impression once you stepped in for the first time. The clinic is also small, if you are seated, your shoulders can literally touch the patients beside you, just imagine 1 or 2 of those patients are coughing and if worst not wearing mask, you figure it out yourself. Now start with the clinic staffs, while I have met some more senior staffs that handles patients well, there are also a few that is really blur, newbies, so when there is any issues, you will often hear them saying "Let me check with my colleagues and get back to you". Then after that, you will need to constantly chase them for reply. Now as for doctor, Dr Harshal is the main doc for this outlet. He is very friendly, very patience, but also there are some cons to it. Also as per what someone mentioned, he tends to mumble and talk fast, you need to hear carefully what he says. Now let me also share a personal experience about this clinic. If they know you are claiming your insurance policy for the bill, they will prescribe to you lots of medicine that I won't say is necessary but it is as per what the doc will say "good for you". (this was also highlighted many times in others' reviews, have a read). More over, if they know your are claiming your insurance, the consultation can be from original $30+ to special rate of $60+ for what reasons you should have figured it out by now. The doctors in this clinic also tend to use more "newer" type of medicines as oppose to traditional proven medicine brands.
