From the moment I walked in at Truly Enamoured I felt very welcomed and my stylist, Karen was truly very helpful and kind. At first, I honestly thought after I signed they would treat me differently but to my surprise up until the very last fitting I was treated very well. It was genuine and was not superficial. I also got a dress from the Ivory Bridal but, every visit my stylist changes. The quality of service was also not the same. But Karen from Truly Enamoured has been with me from the start and made every fitting perfect and seamless for me. All the request I ask she also willingly advised the best option. She was so patient when I tried on the gowns. I never felt rushed. When I brought my family to the boutique as they all travelled to Singapore to see me with the gown, Karen treated them so nicely and patiently showed them the different options. A first class experience and luxurious service, that’s what Karen showed. Really appreciate all her hard work.
