Our family engaged Concepcion Interiors and T Seven Alucraft for the renovation of our BTO, on the recommendation of one of our friends. From the outset, we were impressed with the quality of their aluminum cabinets and were convinced to have all our carpentry done in aluminum as it is waterproof and formaldehyde free. Nicholas was our project manager and he was meticulous in discussing the details of our plans with us. He provided us clear drawings of the dimensions of our carpentry and gave us practical tips to ensure that our house is not only aesthetic but functional as well. He was very responsive to our multiple queries, even at night and on weekends, and patiently addressed our concerns. Our entire renovation was completed speedily, taking slightly more than 2 months. Although there were minor delays and hiccups along the way, they were very ready to help us troubleshoot or rectify any defects. For example, when we realized that our living room walls appeared too yellow after painting, Mr Tan and Nicholas very readily arranged for it to be repainted with different paint colour without extra costs. We are very happy with our newly renovated home, and appreciate the quality and workmanship that Concepcion Interiors and T Seven Alucraft have provided. Big thanks to Nicholas, Mr Tan, Anna, Appan, Roni, and all the other contractors who helped us build our beautiful home!
