I went to the Toa Payoh clinic at 6.30am because it’s the only 24/7 clinic in the area. Very disappointed that they said I had to wait 45mins-1 hour for a change of shift as there are no doctors in the clinic. But shouldn’t the 1 hour buffer be accounted for if the clinic is supposed to be open for 24 hours a day? Made a long trip all the way down for nothing while being sick and quite disappointed.
