About UniWise Admissions Consulting
UniWise Admissions Consulting offers test preparation and admissions consulting services from its office at Vision Exchange, covering students islandwide. KakiList has verified its operating details, though no ACRA registration has been confirmed. It holds a 5/5 rating across 13 Google reviews; the sample is small, so this should be treated as directional rather than conclusive.
Families typically begin by enquiring about the student's current level, target schools or universities, and the specific tests or applications involved — whether SAT, ACT, IELTS, TOEFL, personal statement coaching, or university application strategy. From there, the consultant will assess whether group sessions or one-to-one support is the better fit, and whether an intensive short-term engagement or a longer-term term commitment is appropriate. Clarifying the syllabus context — for instance, whether the student is on an IB, A-Level, or American curriculum track — helps determine which admission pathways are most relevant.
To get started, reach out via phone or the online enquiry form to discuss your child's academic profile, target institutions, and timeline, and to confirm current availability and fees.

I used UniWise to find tutor for my son, for LNAT & Oxbridge interview. Tutor Cory was very knowledgeable and helpful, flexible in adjusting timing to fit our schedule, and tailor-made training for my son. Very good experience, absolutely worth the investment - he got an offer from Oxford, we are extremely happy, and strongly recommend this service to anyone
Success in the second year application to NUS, with the help from Wendi J and her colleagues. When I first applied to NUS in 2024, due to less of experience, didn’t know which major to apply, or what the materials should include, as well as how to show my capability to the university. Failed the first time. In 2025, introduced by a friend, I got to know Wendi and her colleagues. They helped me in choosing the proper major, based on my history experience, as well as consulted my resume correction. Moreover, they also helped me to practice my oral English for the interview. Most importantly, they encouraged me to apply for NUS again. Beside that, they are quite professional. They hold strictly to the policy of academic integrity, as everything should be real and based on current situation, with no concern for future background survey, either from NUS or future employers. Today, I am already a member of NUS, and enjoy every day study here. Here, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Wendi and her colleagues.
I’m incredibly grateful to the team at UniWise for their support during my UK university application process!! I was applying to art and design programmes, including the University of the Arts London (UAL), and my situation was quite challenging. But UniWise helped me stay calm & focused They guided me through my design portfolio, helped me refine my ideas, and worked with me to develop a much stronger personal statement that clearly expressed my passion and growth as a designer. Their understanding of art application processes made a huge difference. Even when my IB results were lower than expected, they supported me in writing an appeal and showing the university my potential beyond grades. Thanks to them, I’m now preparing to start my journey at UAL. If you're looking for help with UK university applications, especially for design portfolio or creative majors, I truly recommend UniWise. They really care, and they know how to bring out your strengths!!
Daniel & his team were amazing, helping my daughter every step of the way. She had learned so much in writing an outstanding personal statement with the guidance of the tutors & Daniel is such a supportive, encouraging and resourceful team manager. We’re so grateful & appreciative of all their help. I choose Uniwise over other agency because I felt the genuine support from Daniel during our meeting before I decided who to engage. I certainly made the right choice, keep doing what you guys are doing to help more ppl 👍🏻
The interview services provided by uniwise gave me invaluable experience in preparing for the oxford interviews. The tutors were able to ask many challenging questions and reinforce key concepts that i didnt even know i had gaps in. The tutors were always willing to go the extra mile to help out with other queries and concepts i struggled to get as i began exploring its complex intricacies. Lastly, the team was always responsive, professional and reassuring making me feel like I had people by my side throughout the whole journey.

UniWise Admissions Consulting has not publicly listed specific per-session or package rates; contact them directly to request a fee schedule. In the Singapore market, admissions consulting and test prep typically ranges from S$80–200 per session for one-to-one coaching, with structured packages for full application support running considerably higher depending on scope and the number of school applications managed. Ask whether pricing covers materials, practice tests, and essay review, or whether these are billed separately. Confirm whether a trial or diagnostic session is available, and whether sibling or multi-service discounts apply. See the full Test Prep & Admissions cost guide for Singapore →
It is worth asking UniWise directly whether they offer a diagnostic or introductory session before you commit to a full package. A trial or assessment session is useful for gauging teaching style, the consultant's familiarity with your child's specific target schools or tests, and whether the level of support matches what you need. When attending, pay attention to whether the consultant asks detailed questions about your child's academic background, extracurricular profile, and application timeline — these are indicators of a properly tailored approach rather than a generic programme. Assess also whether the session feels coaching-led or simply instructional, as admissions consulting benefits from a collaborative dynamic.
UniWise Admissions Consulting has not published information about the qualifications or backgrounds of its consultants in the data available to KakiList. Before committing, ask directly about each consultant's academic background, their experience with the specific tests or universities relevant to your child, and how many students they have successfully guided through similar application cycles. For test prep specifically, ask whether the consultant has formal training or certification in SAT, ACT, or IELTS instruction. For university admissions work, ask about familiarity with the admissions processes at your target institutions and whether the firm has tracked outcomes data it can share.
