The service carries a Google rating of 4.9 out of 5 across 42 reviews, a moderate sample that suggests consistent client satisfaction, though prospective clients are encouraged to read individual reviews before deciding. When reaching out to Up For Paws, it helps to have key details about your pet ready: breed, size, age, and a brief description of temperament or any behavioural concerns you would like addressed. Vaccination records are typically expected before training sessions begin, so have those on hand. Discuss whether your pet would benefit from one-to-one sessions or a small-group format, and clarify whether sessions take place at a fixed location or whether the trainer visits your home. If your dog has specific reactivity or anxiety triggers, mention these upfront so the trainer can assess fit before committing to a programme. A trial or assessment session is a sensible first step to gauge how your pet responds.
To get started, reach out to Up For Paws via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form listed on their profile. Describe your pet's profile and training goals, and ask about current availability, session format, and pricing before confirming any bookings.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
Jeremy has been attending up for paws for a number of years now. He absolutely loves going, it's his favourite day of the week. The guys collect him from my apartment and bring him back. They all treat him with so much love, care, and attention. Taking lots of photos and videos every week, with lots of enrichment programs and swimming to keep him entertained all day, i know he is in safe hands. I thank everyone for all their hard work and dedication to making it a great day for jeremy!
The team at Up For Paws is a truly dedicated bunch. From the wagging tails and happy barks I see every time I drop off or pick up my dog, it is evident the care and attention all the dogs receive there. The dogs are brought as a group to a new park, dog run or gardens at every of our daycare sessions so far. On top of learning to socialise with other dogs, my dog is also blessed with many new outdoor experiences I otherwise would not have been able to provide so well. There are regular updates and pictures sent to the pawrents throughout the day. The updates and photos are all taken and tailored for my dog. It is a conscientious effort by the team that I'm always impressed by. We receive regular reminders on available sessions for the coming week so we can plan ahead (I can see why demand here is so high!) Up For Paws goes above and beyond with enrichment and training activities on certain days. For other occasions like Christmas, they have organised mini-photoshoots for our dogs, and fund/food-raising for dog shelters. I want to share my heartfelt appreciation for the incredible team at Up For Paws. Thank you for being such a wonderful team and for the positive impact you have on our pets' lives!
My Samoyed, Polaris, has been going to up for paws twice a week since she was 6 months old. She always has the best time, and I can leave her with them knowing that they take such stellar care of her and all her friends! Polaris returns happy, well exercised, and most importantly, excited to return! Thank you to all the teachers at up for paws for your patience and for putting in such effort for my baby ❤️❤️
Milo has been with up for paws for 6 months before we had to relocate overseas . He went once a week, and was LOOKING fward to his day care days. The minute he saw the puppy bus , he immediately jumped up and down excitedly! He came back exhausted and slept all night like a baby -:) Hurb and the amazing staff are extremely friendly and fur loving !! He got so much love and attention ❤️Milo really misses his day care days !!
I love Up For Paws, and so does my dog!! Hurb and his team are amazing. I’ve been sending my dog to their adventure pack walks for over 2 years now, and it’s been such an amazing experience. From the thorough evaluation of my dog to ensure that he socialises well with the other dogs, to the weekly pick ups that they do with 100% gentleness, with the best service - it’s so obvious that my dog looks forward to his walks with UFP every week. The team updates a group chat with photos every pack walk, and selects different locations every week so it doesn’t get boring. Unlike other dog businesses, UFP genuinely cares for their clients - both dogs and humans! I go to them for advice on dog care too, and their customer service is reliable, communicative and personable. When I travel, I know my dog is in good hands with them and having his weekly social activity, and the team keeps me updated constantly. I can’t say enough good things about them, and wholeheartedly trust them with my fur baby.

Up For Paws is priced at the mid-range tier ($$), but a specific fee schedule was not available at the time of listing. In the Singapore pet training market, rates typically vary by session format: private one-to-one sessions generally run higher than group classes, and packages of multiple sessions often work out at a lower per-session cost than booking individually. Factors such as the dog's size, breed, and the complexity of the behaviours being addressed can also affect pricing. Additional costs to ask about include any transport fee if the trainer travels to your location, materials such as training aids or guides, and whether an initial assessment session is charged separately. Contact Up For Paws directly via WhatsApp or phone to request a full breakdown before committing. See the full pet training cost guide for Singapore →
Most professional pet trainers and training facilities in Singapore require proof of up-to-date vaccinations before sessions begin. For dogs, this typically means the DHPP combination vaccine (covering distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) and a current rabies vaccination. If sessions involve contact with other dogs, bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is also commonly requested. Vaccinations are generally expected to be current within the past 12 months, and you may be asked to bring your pet's vaccination booklet or a vet-issued certificate to the first session. Confirm the specific requirements directly with Up For Paws when making your enquiry, as policies can vary by provider and session type.
Up For Paws is KakiList verified, meaning a real person has confirmed the provider's operating details and contact channels, and it is cross-checked against Singapore's ACRA business registry. No regulatory licences are listed on the profile at this time. The Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) under NParks administers licensing requirements for certain pet-related facilities in Singapore; if this is a concern, it is worth confirming directly with Up For Paws what licences or permits they hold. Regarding insurance, ask the provider whether they carry coverage for any incidents involving your pet during a training session, including injury or adverse reactions. Understanding their protocol if something goes wrong is an important part of vetting any pet service provider. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
If Up For Paws isn't the right fit, these are other pet training providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
